Hey Man, Thats great, a good job. I'm from Brazil, today I worked in a CAT 3208 apply in a waterpump of supermarket . thanks for share your experience.
There are a couple different tools that can be used for this. This is a possible option, but cannot say for sure it will work but it’s not too expensive: a.co/d/9jVef4e You may need to get bolts but they are standard 1/4”x20tpi bolts that you can get from any hardware store. I would recommend grade 5 or better. This is the tool that I have: www.apexinds.com/tools/M10070.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwgdayBhBQEiwAXhMxtkzytxrjqQRx8xHBU_vEnn2DxPZEqf7DMdpuQ7TeMiUYuE21a0K7cBoCJFUQAvD_BwE

Got to pull one off nest week Just taking a refresher coarse. Thanks
Is the pump timing pin anything special or did you just find something that fit
There is a special tool for the job but you can use a 1/4” drill bit or any 1/4” round stock for the pin.
Great video I have one of those tubes leaking I have a new pump now I need to find someone to install it in a motorhome
I've been reading my book on it I think you make it look easier than it is but still well done
What motorhome do you have, we have an 86 Foretravel Grand Villa, needs a pump or something, just stopped running, thing pops with ether.
I need help please with finding the puller and bolts needed to pull that front timing gear off, with the 2 little bolts.

that pump manages to look massive and tiny at the same time. how long and wide is that pump?
I can tell you they are quite heavy. I would say they are approximately 12" x 12"
Where did you find that gear pulled to separate the pump ?
