Was it hard to paint it? I have an orange surron frame and I want to paint/wrap it another color but it seems to hard for me to take the whole bike and just strip it down and then back again. So do you know any full covering wrap/decals that covers all the orange?
how can you clear coat so quickly? You need 4-14 days for paint to cure properly
How did you take off your screws frame I tried to take off mine but there really tight and I don’t want to mess them up do you know what I can do
Make sure you have the correct size Allen wrench where there is zero play. Then counter-clockwise. There was no special trick. They do use Loctite so you could put a heat gun to the bolt to loosen up the Loctite, but I never had to.
Is the surron frame the same as the Segway? X260. I cannot find any surron frames in the UK. as they are all sold out
Generally they are the same, but I noticed my X260 was slightly narrow where the battery compartment was not able to fit a Chi60v60ah battery. It was a few mm smaller.

You used an expensive SurRonshop swingarm instead of the Vangaurd extensions. Care to say why and do they feel different?
It’s actually the KO swingarm 1.5” longer. I have the Vanguard 3”extension on my trail bike for better stability. I like the shorter one on my street bike. It’s easier for wheelies.
@@DanhRichardson Ah, that's the first KO I've seen. So the Vanguards are still holding up, good. They don't add flex? What is the extension range? I thought the minimum was 50mm-2" which is about where I want to run.
@@user-FishermanRick Vanguards are solid. No issues. I'm not home until morning so I'm sure of the range, but I would say around 1.5" - 3"
