I stopped counting calories and macros. I started to over-obsess and I was still gaining the weight, so I'm sticking to portion size. Way back when I wasn't tracking I was in the best shape of my life and I was happier.

im 5'1 and at 168lbs. I lost 16lbs so far wile doing carnivore/keto mix. keeping carbs low as it helps with my hormones due to possibly having endometriosis. other than that my goal weight is 120lbs and seeing that your the same Hight and body type as me makes me believe i have a chance to achieve my goal
Of course you can do it! :) At age 46 I was 4'11" and 200 pounds. I put my mind to it and lost over 80 pounds. Now I'm 60 and have still kept the weight off.

So 30 days is not enough to lose muscle weight? And I ask this because I thought I was doing well when I hit my lowest weight since college (110 as a 5’1” woman), but I was eating like crap and did not look good at all.
