    Other helpful tips: 💖
    1. Workout regularly & consistently. Get that free serotonin boost.
    2. Eat more whole foods to balance out your hormones & brain chemicals.
    3. Have a proper sleep schedule.
    4. Meditate or find a ritual that keeps you grounded.
    5. Be around people that appreciate your presence.
    6. Master the courage to be in public alone. Aka take yourself out on dates.
    7. Get some sunlight in the morning. Use SPF though.
    8. Have a gratitude list. Cliché but it works.
    9. Don't take everything personally.
    10. If all else fail, talk to a therapist. It's worth it, trust me.

This video is spot on, especially the book recommendations! It's all about self-awareness... how to look within oneself, and see all of the good/bad while remaining unbiased. Roonzie, continue to do your best on your journey of self enlightenment 💜💜

Thank you for sharing so much in this video! Your own experiences, many helpful tips, and the book recommendations!
There are some that say one tends to read and write less as an adult then when they were a child in school. I disagree, and hope every adult takes the time to expand their knowledge more.
I am a huge supporter in keeping a journal also. And thank you Roonzie for taking the time to make this video!

I have checked your channel as I came across your video on nana (I really love the show ever since I first saw it when I was a teenager). Ever since I just binge all of your videos at the gym, they're really insightful, kinda like a podcast. And the way you present yourself is really relaxing and stylish. The other reason I saw the videos were because I could relate a lot, a lot of your vids touch on things that I experienced first hand and some things you commented did touch a nerve but at the same time I know it is true. So yeah, I think that's everything before I keep writing down everything I feel about your work, especially because I have to check an email that I am just procrastinating to check it out 😅
Anyway keep up the good work

@Roonzie February no worries and I am the one who should be thankful, you're channel is somewhat of a safe space where I can watch a video covering topics that I can relate but can't fully discuss it with friends.
So thx 😊 and good luck 👍

If you're referring to the Nana video, the pitch there was altered unintentionally when I cleaned the bg noise. This is my actual voice.
