How's the poncho for walking? Is it too hot to walk in if it rains? Would you consider it usable only while resting at the camp?

You could use it like one would use any insulated poncho. Swagmann. But I’d only use it like that if I had no other choice

Not because it doesn’t work. But because I’d rather not risk damaging it around the fire etc..
