Honestly, a simple reason would be nice. We’ve waited so long for it and the announce it. Release it in Japan, give us a date and then delay it indefinitely. What the actual hell?
Its normal they need time. A game can't be translated after a second. I would just be relaxed. I mean we get a new game. Other titles have to wait much longer. Kid Icarus fans waited 25 years and now they wait 25 years again. ^^
@@angelicplay3419 I’m not sure what you mean. Re:Birth trilogy has long been localized. It’s been available on Steam and Vita in English for many years now and the version coming to Switch is only a port. That is to say, the game has long been ready. The only reasons I can theorize is some legal issue - perhaps with voice actors or a delay for some logistical, marketing purpose. But that therein is the issue, a lack of transparency.

Riders should have been the IF spin off (the character who canonically rides a bike) and vs sega hard girls could have been a uzume or big nep spinoff

According to the wiki, the 6th character is Big Nep, indeed. Same bike as in Game Maker, even

Seeing as the Re;Birth games were originally PS Vita titles it makes very little sense why there would be issues with porting them to the Switch. If anything I'm surprised they waited this long to port them seeing as the Switch is nearing the end of its lifecycle.
Will Switch and Vita are both ARM CPU-based, and Switch has more power in every regard. It's all about the OS though, as Vita is linux-based and do we know what Switch is? Plus Switch certainly doesn't have Sony's API
@@NeoTechni A good number of Vita games made by Japanese studios have made their way to the Switch. I don't think it's a technical issue.
@@NeoTechni According to information on Wikipedia the Switch "runs on a custom-made operating system named Horizon, built on a microkernel architecture". That being said with other PS Vita games getting Switch ports and with the Switch's hardware being more powerful there's no technical reason why the Re;Birth games couldn't get ported to the Switch. Also after I posted my comment I realized that the Re;Birth games have already launched on the Switch in Japan which means it's some kind of localization issue.
I still just want a date for game maker PC version...

Ok so. They could choose one of the Main line like the Rebirth 3 thats appear in the Eshop if you used the finder in cellphones, they could choose one of the spind offs like action U, Blanc vs zombies, 4 goddess online, but No, they choose the motorcycle with Katamari elements.

Its sad how "fans" reduce Neptunia games about being mainline or spin-off. A fan should love GAMES and their faces (the characters). I love Nep characters and thats why I love them. If you want only main stories you should search a game which reduces the game to main story games. Neptunia is full of interesting experimental ideas with fresh air new characters exciting stories and spin offs make freedom possible instead of a braced-linear franchise which "HAVE TO BE MAINLINE! WITHOUT MAINLINE ITS THE ULTIMATE BAD GAME.",

If this wasn't a Neptunia game I wouldn't bother picking this game up but since it is I will buy it.
Well I am still holding with the Rebirth games on Switch for NA as I never really owned a Vita and I know that they are on Steam but...I'm a console gamer and if I go to Steam, it's because I have no choice given it might happen with Date A Live: Ren Dystopia as I haven't heard anything about it when it was announced for a localization as it's only Steam at the moment. But yeah with the post that Idea Factory International from 2 to 3 days ago on Twitter/X, I am pretty sure the Rebirth games are still on the way as they haven't forgotten about them.
Edit: We just gotta keep waiting for any news about it, that's legit all we can do as I am already doing that with Ren Dystopia.
It's sad that best girl Uzume only gets this to be the protagonist in.

I am hoping for that exact kind of collector's edition (that you didn't want) for 2 reasons:
1) For the longest time we didn't even get a steelbook disc case, and I was annoyed cause every CE after Halo 2 should have one
2) By including a box that doesn't contain the game (which is easier to manufacture since they make them for multiple consoles now), I can open the game without opening the CE
I had hoped they bring real bikes to attract bikehead and maybe collab with Bakuon!! or something to make it presentable.
I give it a try. I was never dissapointed to a Nepnep game! A real fan doesn't reduce the franchise about the question if its mainline or not. The faces / characters are determining. After that the envirement.
Please search for a 100% story game if you reduce a game on stories.
I’ve heard the game is very short (in the area of around 3 hours). Hope they improved on the controls from Gamemaker and it’s priced accordingly.
Gamemaker has good controls about motorcycle its the maps which where difficult. In EDF (Earth Defense Force) you fall 100% again and again from motorcycle. Latest after turn right or left.
I really hope that the rebirth trilogy comes to switch (or at least on the succesor) as I gave my vita to my brother, for a switch and psp, and I have no way to play rebirth 3 nor the other 2 rebirth games unless I get a new one.
Also, doggo rider looks like a cool katamari for neptunia, so I might just grab it.

I would much rather have it a racing spin off.
We will still see PS4 games in 2025. I play on Switch, but I hope the PS4 version also gets a western physical release as most developers these days are only choosing to release physical on PS5 and Switch, with no PS4 physical version in sight, in whuch is the only way is to import a Southeast Asian physical copy with English (as with the case of Metaphor Refantazio and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vegengence, which has no western physical release for PS4).

The game only takes about 3 hours to do everything and platinum it. It’s very very basic. Once again the only good thing about this game is the character model and designs. Other than that the game is very boring and short
