Thanks for being thorough! I noticed it has screw holes on the sides as well. Can you screw in a plate on one side then clamp it to a tripod vertically? Is the slider gripping the rails hard enough to allow this or is it pretty loose if you tried to orient it vertically and it would just fall? Thanks!

sorry i forgot to mention under the slider there are mount points on both sides and the middles for a tripod stand. there are 3 different thread sizes
Great reivew! How is the slider holding up? I bought mine not too long ago and my shots are quite jittery. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
Can you plug this in via the USB port so that it does not need a battery? Trying to use it for a stream that will last for hours, and need one that can run off of AC power.
I’ve got one of these myself and are having some issues with the camera rotating whilst the motor pans across. It is a little jolty and doesn’t quite look super smooth
what are the outer diameters of the three tubes?
I’m having difficulty making it pointing at the middle. Just going too wide. 😕
How did you get the remote control to work? I saw no QR code or anything like that on my battery or motor unit.

Cool but unfortunately a lot of what you were showing us was out of frame/shot so only saw half of it.
Would have been better if you actually showed how to mount on a tripod
