What's the point of tilting entire rig from tripod? You can move only the camera from the ballhead and change that way the angle of filming. It is useless to move entire slider in different angles. You only need to control height of slider and that you can do it with stable rods in place. Only lift or drop from tripod legs.
You overcomplicate things for no reason :)
OT: the parallax system is stable or it wobbles when you make parallax shots? Usually these cheap sliders wobble like hell if you set that middle rod for pan shots?
