That is a caiman. Weaker than alligator
We know that caiman is smaller than crocodiles but still they powerful and in the water they can kill the jaguar so the jaguars hunting them and jumping on them is amazing

Caimans are crocodilians but they are related to the Alligator part of that family.

tigers also go in water to hunt , but Jaguar has stronger bite force which give them power to actively kill crocs , though tigers would take the men sitting in the boat to film it.

I always thought jaguars were a lesser cat, not as strong as an African Lion, or a cheetah. I was wrong. The jaguar hunts the one animal that you would think could eat the jaguar, but no, the jaguar is so powerful, so courageous, and so beautiful. First time I watched one of these documentaries, and watched the jaguar jump on the back of a cayman in the water, I thought it was suicide, but no. Never have I seen an African Lion jump on the back of an alligator in the water. Awesome documentary guys, and an awesome animal, the Jaguar.
You keep saying cheetah but it’s jaguar.
Cheetahs are the smallest and weakest of the big cats! They just run the fastest. And no lion has ever jumped on a alligator. You got your animals all mixed up.
Oh yeah, the Jaguar has my vote as the most awesome animal in the world. The Leopard is the most beautiful.
Cheetah I'd the lightest of all cats..further Jaguar don't think is as strong as a Siberian Tiger or Royal Bengal Tiger and thirdly no Caiman is as large as as Saltwater Crocodile.
How can an African Lion jump on back of Alligator there are no alligators in Africa and Tigers do hunt Marsh Mugger Crocodiles indigenous to India.
No blood thirsty hyenas to contend with. Love this.

It’s amazing the strength and stamina the jaguar has that after all that fighting and tussling in the water it still can carry that large caiman up the steep bank.

They're crocs smaller cousins, yacare caiman. Still though yes it's an impressive feat. Jaguars have the strongest bite force of all predatory land mammals. Very strong impressive animals..

@@rodolfotsang4327 jaguar has double the force then a lion with their bite and because of their structure of their jaw it allows them to get a better bite and they r very stealth but yes they are half the size of lion I still believe with will power and if they where to get the first attack because they know they have to make their first attack count they can have a great chance of beating a lion but definitely a lioness i think they can win because the biggest jaguar is that of a lioness size it just would depend upon the first attack who has upper hand i personally think and this is just my opinion their a documentary on jaguar i watch and it show a jaguar hunting in the water something they never seen before and not only was it in the water but it also went against current and it achieved its goal caught a caiman that looked double its size and after it just got done hunting in the water caught something double its size in the water and then it had to drag it up hill and off to a area it felt was safe to not have to worry about having to fight for its catch ps i think this may have been the document that i a as talking about lol I watch alot of animal documentary and I didn't realize i thinking this the one

Jaquars are are truly majestic creatures with an awesome swimming ability and biting power to drag such prey from the deep waters to highlands.
and then you realise that Jaguars used to be twice the size they are now.

Jaguars are truly amazing & gorgeous big cats. They're probably the most versatile & toughest of the big cats. Even leopards would have a difficult time out surviving a jaguar in the pantanal.

I was gonna say the same thing. Until I saw your comment. I think they have to lie? Just like the Nat Geo I watched on Panthers. Said they are only found in the everglades. Then showed a trail Cam pic of one in north Florida in the same Doc. Totally contradicting what they said five mins earlier!
There’s a North American Jaguar that also ranges in southwest Texas and can easily have moved further out in the US.
Jaguars also are found in Guatemala and Mexico.

I thought when there was first moment with dead air silence, the victim could have been the Scarface, but it was the Cayman omg, just so incredibly powerful Jaguars or Leopards are, they can climb & swim, no escape for humans who encounter with them😬😬

The Capybaras definitely don’t lead a charmed life, with jaguars on the land and cayman in the water, they don’t have anywhere to go to escape danger.😳. There’s also piranha in the water, and if they detect even a minute trace of blood they will strip a body down to bones in a matter of seconds. Yikes!😱
