Standing Pilates Cardio Workout | Burn Fat and Tone Muscles| 30 minutes

  • Join me for a 30 minute standing pilates cardio workout. This will raise your heart rate, burn fat, tone muscles and put a smile on your face as we move through low impact, high intensity and fun exercises to boost the metabolism and leave you feeling energised and raring to go. I'll include and warm up and a cool down too. A great session to get going in the morning, I recommend you do this at least three times a week to see and feel the difference in your body.

    This was great, my heartrate went up, my head went red and my glasses slid from my nose 🙂. I saved this workout also to my favourites where many other of your workouts also are kept. Following you for a month now and I learned a lot from you, you're a great inspiration. Thank you!

    My grandmother used to say that "women don't sweat, they glow!" However, after this routine I was definitely sweating! In fact, absolutely dripping!!! Great work out. Love the low impact aspect, but great aerobic workout nonetheless. Thank you!

    I just completed this energizing and challenging cardio routine. I am a many years long cardio addict and had some doubt that this would get my heart rate up. All doubt is gone! My Garmin watch tracked my average heart rate in the range that I want it to be. Thank you for your excellent teaching style and for another valuable, repeatable and challenging routine. There is no one like you!

    Day 20 for me of the 30 day challenge.
    Some Pretty tough moves but I kept going and modified on a couple of the harder ones.
    Enjoyed it and feeling good after that. Thanks Rachel.

    I’m so glad that you offer a lot of standing Pilates workouts. When I’m suffering from “that time”, mat Pilates is not feasible. But, although my energy level is lower, a standing Pilates workout is at least doable. Thanks 👏🏽

    Only a week late for this class! Another great one - thank you. I have a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder so I have to modify things on the right side but I still get a great cardio and stretchy workout.

    fab workout! loved the cardio, it was a bit less challenging on my lungs than spin for beginners I do sometimes but it felt very good indeed. will be doing this again when I recover ! thanks Rachael and keep it up its my fitness saviour !

    Well phooey. Even though it was low impact, I was disappointed to find that it was too hard on my joints. I decided to stop mid-way through. Maybe I should have warmed up a lot before trying it.

    That was awesome! After gaining pandemic weight, and having balance deficits and some ataxia from brain surgeries, most cardio exercise is unavailable to me - Rachel to the rescue! Gets my heart rate up, works balance, legs, butt, arms, and core - fun and challenging🥵! Couldn’t ask for more - this and yesterday’s 15-minute workout are new favorites!     HI Rachel - this is a great cardio workout. Perhaps sometime in the future you could do a version with standing stretches at the end. I just don't get to the floor well anymore. I do modify, but it's not the same as having you show some great standing stretches to finish the cardio. Thank you.

    Hi Rachel, just wanted to let you know I still do your classes regularly but often can't make it live, (sometimes I arrive half way through on a Friday). Have just done this class and thought it was great. I was wondering if you could suggest a weekly play list (or couple of play lists) for us all as I am not sure which classes to do or how many of each type each week. I heard what you said about mixing them up with some we aren't so keen on or can't do as well and that is and excellent idea. My goal is to progress but found breaking my wrist back in January a big set back as I had surgery which has taken a lot longer to heal. I do manage to adapt some exercises which weight bear on the hands. You are doing a fantastic job and are greatly appreciated by so many. Thanks Terri xx

    Great workout! Sweaty but not huffing and puffing. I alternate cardio and strength every other day and find that very effective. I find, though, that it’s not a good idea to bend completely over putting head below heart immediately after intense cardio as I get dizzy. Better to do other stretches first or bend at the waist keeping back straight until heart rate comes down a bit. But I’ll be coming back to this one!
