Wow. Another snag.. Dont buy any modules and fire the parts cannon till you know what is off-line.. You need a quality scanner to check for dead modules... Buying parts will cost you a fortune and may be as simple as a fuse you've missed somewhere... Reach out to local garages face groups and ask em to scan it for you.. I'm in Adelaide unfortunately... theres 10 modules in our Zeds.. lucky as most cars now have close to 50... once you have a scan done at least it may point you to the correct module...
Jump starts are a really bad idea on anything after made after 2000. So that alone could have blown the ecu (and almost certainly what's caused the problem) If it wasn't that, a blue flash when hooking up the new battery is also really bad news for the ecu. There shouldn't be any flash if it's done correctly.
Are the switches on the clutch assembly being engaged when pressing the pedal in? There's a rubber bushing on the pedal piece, and the switches should be attached to the assembly at the top and towards the firewall. The one towards the firewall closes the circuit for the starter relay.
Yeah I’ve put the fuse back in when I grounded it. Yeah everything points to it, but I guess a good scan will tell me hahaha hopefully something comes up

Yeah those switches are
Have you tried turning the key in the ignition? jk try the old battery or one similar or triple check battery terminals for corrosion
Hahah yeah hit it with my purse as well 😂
Sticky Starter Relay or Brake Pedal/Clutch Pedal Switch.
Yeah I’ll check these out
Did you put the steering wheel fuse in first before grounding it? It is definitely seems like steering wheel lock as the issue if the key light is on.

I’ll send you a PM on Messenger. I feel I was stuck with this exact issue but managed to get it fixed.
@@jaysinghs1 sounds good
Did you tap the ecl ? I’m assuming the wheel is locked and won’t go past aux
Yeah I’ve tapped it. The steering wheel is not locked as I could turn the steering wheel
Got yourself an OBD2 code reader?
Yeah I’m gonna read some codes hahah stay tuned to see wtf it is 😂
Did you figure it out?
Not yet, need to get the car scanned and hopefully it gives me some codes that I can look into
