Hi sir, i have one question how many rep we need to do?
I have got my left knee replaced three months ago. In the other knee also the gap is very less and as per Dr. it may also require TKR. Can I do the exercises suggested by you for both the knees. Can the TKR of other knee be avoided. Pl guide
