I know I already reviewed the new Chanel Sublimage serum foundation, but since I have received a lot of requests to compare to the original, I decided to do a video for you. In this video, I am applying both foundations so you can see how they both perform. So which one is better?

Great comparison video! I have both liquid & cream of the Sublimage Foundation...the cream will have
a faster dry down because it does contain alcohol, which is listed pretty close to the top of the ingredients
list on the packaging, whereas the liquid (serum foundation) does not. This gives the serum foundation a
dewy finish that has staying power throughout the entire time wearing it if no setting powder is applied.
I prefer not to use a setting powder as my skin is very dry. I don't wear foundation daily and will use the serum foundation
for winter months and save the cream for the spring/summer warmer months when my skin seems less dry.
I believe Chanel developed these foundations to continue the skincare benefits when one is using the Sublimage line,
since in reality they truly are skincare/treatment foundations!

I’m hearing it’s coming to the US early next year. Best if you use it with very finely milled loose powders. I’m making a video on 8 anti-aging foundations and will touch base on that as well.

I’ve never tried the old one but I love the new one, think it’s even beat my beloved La Mer. It really feels like an extra layer of skin care, especially under a mask but I do have quite dry skin due to using retin A so this feels really comforting.
Definitely great for dry skin. I also use it on my dry days. 💛

Biologique Recherche Serum Le Teint. Very little coverage but perfects and protects.
I do like natural looking, medium coverage foundations otherwise. Uploading a video this week on anti-aging foundations. Those are most of my faves! 💛

In Chanel I’m in B30 shade. I can even go down to B20 when my tan is completely gone.
I tried this foundation. I have dry mature skin...... My skin broke out! The same happened when I tried out the cream😟
Hi! You may have a reaction to the Sublimage proprietary ingredient for Chanel. I have the same issue but only with the face serum. It’s not for everyone. 💛
2 pump for one side of face is too much
You must bring your face close to the camera because we need to see the makeup! Right now we see your body more than your face!
Your face is too far away from the camera.
When a foundation takes too much time to dry down it’s just not going to make in the real world. I don’t care if it’s glowing or matte.
Yes! It definitely has to be set with powder.
