  • Develop Arm Strength with using this method!
    Arm development program example program:
    After you are properly warmed up and ready to throw:
    1) 10 throws from 15 yards(45 feet)
    2) 5 throws from 20 yards(60 feet)
    3) 15 throws from 25-40 yards(75-120 feet) dependent upon arm strength
    4) Subtract 5 yards(15 feet) from your maximum throw distance and throw 5 balls
