My favorite thing about billy Wagner is how you can see how his left arm is not his dominant arm. That's what it looks like when I throw with my weak arm except I can't throw for 98 mph

He broke his right arm twice in a row as a kid and learned how to throw with his left hand while his right arm was in a cast.

Hey Billy hope all is well! Finally well instructed Baseball video with the real tips, real tracks and really device thank you. I have a question how do you feel about the beginning of warm-ups going on one knee and warming up with wrist flIckes? I'm torn on the issue as I think it's a waste of time for the younger kids except it does teach rotation. Could you do a stretching video of all your favorite drills? I know this is old school, but did you ever do the rice in bucket to strengthen grip? TB

I'm confused. Is it 8-10 throws, then move back, or is it 2 to 3 or 4 throws, then move back?

I heard once that Pedro Martinez never lifted weights, only ever did long toss to strengthen his arm ... wonder how true that is.
