My favorite thing about billy Wagner is how you can see how his left arm is not his dominant arm. That's what it looks like when I throw with my weak arm except I can't throw for 98 mph
Hey Billy hope all is well! Finally well instructed Baseball video with the real tips, real tracks and really device thank you. I have a question how do you feel about the beginning of warm-ups going on one knee and warming up with wrist flIckes? I'm torn on the issue as I think it's a waste of time for the younger kids except it does teach rotation. Could you do a stretching video of all your favorite drills? I know this is old school, but did you ever do the rice in bucket to strengthen grip? TB
My all time favorite Astro. Thanks for the memories.
missing you
Wagner still looks sharp! Great advice

He broke his right arm twice in a row as a kid and learned how to throw with his left hand while his right arm was in a cast.
Billy: barely tosses the ball
The glove: POP!
Should be HoF.
I heard once that Pedro Martinez never lifted weights, only ever did long toss to strengthen his arm ... wonder how true that is.

I'm confused. Is it 8-10 throws, then move back, or is it 2 to 3 or 4 throws, then move back?
Mr Wagner, I'd like to know how did you do to keep those tree trunks you had for legs
Honestly
@@aaronrodriguez1410 He said it ran in his family.
Sir, you are a hall of Famer in my book I saw your whole career and what the HOF voters are doing to you is a travesty
