    Me gustaría hacer una pregunta. Hago los pasos, pero el agua sigue filtrándose en el aceite y cuando apago el motor, el nivel de aceite baja y el aceite se mezcla con el agua. Esto sucede en casa con la manguera de jardín. Gracias si tienes una respuesta.

      There are upper shaft seals below the water pump. If water is getting into the lower unit oil while using a garden hose, that is the most likely entry point.

    My gear shifter rotates but does not lock or click in gear. Gearbox is in forward but wont shift into neutral or reverse. when i pulled it all down i found 3 ball bearings floating inside..
    Are the Detent balls to lock in & out of gear. I have looked at loads of schematics but failed to find 3 balls in the parts listings.. Mercury 1987 115 HP straight 6 cylinder . Thanks in advance for any assistance

    What a pain in the ass. I'm struggling to remove my bearing carrier now. Looks like I need to build or invest in a puller. Both of the bolt hole parts of the flange were already cracked, and are now broken off... I'm thinking water froze in there causing them to crack?? Anyway, good video. Thank you
