Have you ever watched this show? The more evidence that he has, the better. Sometimes the judge asked for some ridiculous piece of evidence that not even a lawyer would think to bring. This guy brought just about everything except for the entire apartment for the judge to walk in and look around at.
@@JeremiahLOsborne There's a good chance I've been watching this show longer than you have. I date back to the early-2000s, when they were still showing pictures of her girls on the intro-crawl. @@BobBlumenfeld so you should know that she wants as much evidence as possible. I don't think it matters if you've been watching this show for 2 weeks or 20 years, if you make a claim in court, and you don't have the evidence to back it up, you need to bring that with you. And if I'm going to say she took light bulbs with her, and I don't have pictures of empty light bulb sockets, as ridiculous as it sounds, I don't have any proof. It’s her issue to provide space heaters if she want more heat.
Cats! Of course it reeked.
She could have bought and used space heaters
Btw: cats only urinate outside of their litter box WHEN YOU DON’T CLEAN IT!!
(Unless there is an issue like ‘spraying’ or something medical going on, but the owner should be on alert for that too)
I’ve never had my cats ruin any of my floors or carpets.
Yet I see this SO often in these cases! 🤮
Buy a space heater. Geeze. It’s sec 8. Not the Waldorf Astoria
Those poked out lips when she walked out! 😂😂😂😂
I’m a landlord. I would have never allowed this person to move into one of my rental units.
But how would you know initially? I would imagine it’s like an interview: all pristine and posh in the interview and then from hell after hiring…
My mom rented her home (after living in it for many years) to this couple and two tiny dogs.. she thought oh Waw! A dream come true… long behold the association kept calling her that the tenants dogs were running in the streets all the time.. finally lease was finished and when mom went in to inspect….. the cockroaches even were on the CEILING!!!!!! it was horrendous! I have never seen so many cockroaches moving about… those little ones that are super ultra nasty?!? My gosh, those people were beyond gross…. Clearly cockroaches had to be crawling down the side walls when eating or watching tv… it was the scariest thing! Mom Never had cockroaches.. 😅
@@sparkleeyes2427 There’s no way this guy could come off as posh and pristine.
@@sparkleeyes2427 goes to show you just how filthy people can live and I call it Lazy ,
Lazy, Disgusting, Disrespectful ,Absolutely Ridiculous Behavior that people would live like this,I was Landlord for two Huge apartment complex and in our lease it states they gave us the right to come in unannounced and any given time for apartment Inspections. We Just couldn’t allow People to come in to a gorgeous Apartment complex and Destroy and Disrespect our properties, when those tenants opened the door to their home it was given to them in high end pristine Condition, that way we were able to keep our properties protected and protect all the other tenants protected from getting eat alive by these critters….I am so sorry your mothers property was disrespected and DESTROYED My heart really goes out to her not only did she not only have enough deposit but then have to use her own money to finish what was destroyed not heaven knows when she would get her money back after going to court and you don’t know when that Judgment would ever be paid and your mother out all this money that she never in a million years thought she would be out of because of filthy people…………………..
It is disgusting that the plaintiff has lived off the government all of her life and still tries a money-grab
I believe EVERYTHING the landlord said.
That plaintiff is a piece of work. Sound proof wall at no cost to her yet noise complaint. Required heat yet complaint and broken lease. Just go man lady, just go
Section 8 ! What an entitled person!
the plaintiff is a liar and unbearable
65 degrees, burrrrr!
"I have pictures of the light bulbs ..." Yeah. That's good evidence. Everyone knows that once you've taken a picture of a light bulb in the socket, it becomes irremovable. What passes for thinking in the minds of some litigants?
Have you ever watched this show? The more evidence that he has, the better. Sometimes the judge asked for some ridiculous piece of evidence that not even a lawyer would think to bring. This guy brought just about everything except for the entire apartment for the judge to walk in and look around at.
@@JeremiahLOsborne There's a good chance I've been watching this show longer than you have. I date back to the early-2000s, when they were still showing pictures of her girls on the intro-crawl. But pictures don't show what happened after they were taken, so showing light bulbs in their sockets is stupid.
Landlords are actually not responsible for light bulbs if one burns it it’s up to the tenet to replace it. It’s something very simple.
One thing I've learned about watching this judge is that it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Sometimes she gives people a chance to find their evidence, and other times she doesn't.
@@JeremiahLOsborne Proof -- or even just evidence -- has to show that what the litigant claims is true. Tell me what this proves relevant to the plaintiff's case.
As soon as I heard she demanded quiet I would have turned her away. Too high maintenance. Can’t ensure something like that.
36.20
That’s a judgement for Karen. She deserves every penny 😩
Should give her 362 dimes and keep it moving ☺️
Honestly 😂😂
I knew when the plaintiff walked in she wasn’t gonna win her case. Looks like she had a bunch of nothing docs in her lil Manila folder😂😩😭
I don't believe I've ever seen a woman with a bald spot.😃
You have now
The smell of the carpet was actually Karen's upper lip
I dont anybody would get close enough to this Karen as to have her upper lip smell😅😮😂
My neighbor is on section 8( the tax payers send her a check every month for rent). They automatically qualified for food stamps, reduced bills, Medicaid, etc. But, it's never enough, they always want more ! People don't appreciate what they don't work for. I bet if she had to pay her own bills she would not sleep in 65 degree weather(. That's way too hot).
Is sad but some people go through life being delusional!
it is sad yes, but so many living on or from state money are like that, come to Germany, u must see how those who are too lazy to work, who receive state money live, dirty, overweight, drunk, and on drugs, then complain about the state money is too little to live from,
If you’re not satisfied with the heating situation in the apartment- get space heaters. They work. She walked in hoping to get all this money and she walked out with gas money.
And if she tried to claim I don't have the cash for space heaters I'm from tht area I know churchs/charities given away or help you get it low cost if landlord doesn't provide heat same ppl help you pay electric bill and at the LAST RESORT go to charity shop and get CASHMERE SWEATER FOR $5 she's a nut pure and simple
I keep my house that I own at 68 degrees because heating is expensive and I have lots of old sweaters!
No amount of money could compel me to be a Section 8 landlord
This owner is awesome lol
He seems like a fair, no-nonsense owner. I wouldn't mind doing business with him.
@@rubenmejia942someone I’d be happy to rent to. He was wrong about the fridge you can’t charge money for that if I pulled my fridge out it be dirty in the back to.
Too lazy to clean the carpets herself? If they smelled that bad I would just clean them myself, I wouldn’t just put up with the smell. It doesn’t cost much to buy or rent a carpet steam cleaner these days.
Honestly, he should've cleaned the carpets and not even given her the option of that or the wall, the wall was him being nice and look were that got him, the carpets he had to do anyway.
that woman is trouble
The human comfort zone is 68-72. I am getting old and keep fighting my daughter who wants it as cold as she can get it. Should send her to the plaintiff's state.
There are two sizes of toilets round and elongated. She chose unwisely.
I live in Florida at 65 im turning on my heater 😂 🥶
Ladies and gents, people's court presents to you the actual origin of "Karen".
The plaintiff absolutely is "The tenant from hell".
“Karen” her name explains it all
Oblong versus round..Toilet seats are required to be changed after move out..Purchasing a space heater would've been a gamechanger for the heat..Doug gives out petty vibes to the losing party..😃😀
It's crazy how the tenants that be on section 8 or reduced housing, always complain the most
come to Germany, u will want to pull out all your hair, when you see how people who are too lazy to work and live from state money, live,
People will ride off the government an then expect to ride off you.
She is TROUBLE AND TROUBLED
I love this defendant;
77 in the summer, 68 in the winter. Otherwise I can’t pay the bill, lol
You're on section 8. You're welcome.
The plaintiff is just one of those individuals who believes that the "World Revolves around her" &, or, "I'm right, it's the World that is Wrong." LOL
This is sad. I promise you he was a Landlord SENT FROM HELL. I used to work for the housing authority and I promise you half of these slumlords rent out section 8 homes and refuse to update them in between the move in of new tenants.
It's why as a landlord I always reject tenants who use section 8, when you involve yourself with the state these tenants have so much backing and rights from the state that getting rid of them is like removing gum from your hair, an absolute nightmare, no thanks! If you can't pay on your own without state assistance I'm not interested in that individual as a rentee
"Can I give it to her in pennies and dimes! 😆 if only lol
