- The plaintiff says the defendant is the girlfriend of her current partner’s ex-husband. She says the woman is stirring up trouble by making false allegations about her behavior with her partner’s kids. She’s suing for all she’s out because she had to hire a lawyer. The defendant says the plaintiff is aggressive and abusive, and she’s countersuing for mental anguish and lost wages.
It’s crazy how the bio mom NEVER denied anything that the judge read the boys said to get the restraining order, the child protective services involved, or anything. Speaks volumes!
Sometimes, the more you deny, the more guilty you become, whether she denied it or stay quiet or said, anything other then I did it. No one would believe her like they have a report. And yes, kids lie and parents tell their kids to lie and sunk is just lie because it's easier for them to believe.I have a pathological five year old.I so now lie about the simple things but when you have a report like that, if she would have said no, that didn't happen or I said it loud being loud saying it didn't happen or cursing saying it didn't happen. Would you have believed that? It did not happen that she didn't do it. By not saying anything about a case that could have been also ongoing. So if it is an ongoing case, so she's not going jeopardize her. Self, when she has to go to court again, like, grow up
This is a perfect example of adults who hate each other more than they love the kids.

My observations: The plaintiff had a very aggressive demeanor that she couldn’t hide in court. She seemed like a total “Karen” who would bulldoze over anyone in her way. And the only one who seemed heartbroken over the situation was the defendants fiancé. I feel so sorry for those kids.
I was surprised the mother (Karen's spouse) hardly said a word through the whole trial. She could have validated the testimony already given, but she didn't. She may not feel comfortable saying anything with a spouse like that.
No wonder the dad has sole custody.

At beginning of case mother of the children head was hung low and she had a look of shame. Plaintiff the spouse, is a controlling manipulative nut and obviously another court seen that and ruled she can’t be around her step children.

The family court needs to appoint a guardian ad litem to vet both sides!! Neither parent seems stable, the parents partners shouldn't play a role in discipline period!!!! These parents hate each and don't care it's destroying their children!!!!
Let's not discount the allegations made twords the father. It was mentioned several times throughout the court case and kinda swept under the rug. This is a lose lose all the way around

This is one of those cases that would've been perfect for Judge Judy, she'd have absolutely demolished the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff is incredibly domineering. The actual mother of the children was completely shut down and looking at the ground throughout most of this case and that says a lot. I can't help but believe she said and did everything the defendants claimed because the big bully energy she brought to court was intense as hell.

Anyone disagree that the father should definitely retain custody? The plaintiff is a nut job with an uncontrollable temper who has no business interjecting herself in her girlfriend's children's lives. You can tell that she's overbearing in the fact that the children's mother only said about two words. The restraining order is the best tool the defendants have.
I didn't even realize that the fat curly haired lady wasn't the kids parent until I was ten minutes in the other lady hasn't spoken at all I don't know if the father is the best person for the kids but I know he's definitely better than the plaintiff's house I believe the kids I absolutely believe the kids

The plaintiff in this case is the person speaking. That's why she's speaking. I believe half of the stuff is a lie from both the kids and the father and half is true. I believe the father was abusing the boys.. the judge ( their child custody judge) seems to be okay with the physical abuse coming from the father not the verbal abuse from the girlfriend of the biological mother.
The longer episodes are the best. They contain the most drama

I went through a similar situation with my ex-husband, who hated me more than he loved our son. I eventually had to get a restraining order for 5 years to get him to stop terrorizing me. Thankfully its been 3yrs since the order expired and we have zero contact still. Our son is old enough to know who is what and who's done what... therefore I never bad mouth his father and encourage him to have a relationship with him. He refuses because of all the terrible memories his father planted in his mind trying to get at me. Its unfortunate, but those children will grow up and truly despise them.
The judge should have thrown the book at the plaintiff.

Amen to this! My daughters ex husband was in a relationship where we believe he was being abused, his behavior completely changed and once he broke up with her he's back to himself. Same with my grandsons. They were acting like different kids cause her son would smack the youngest around and caused issues. He told my daughter he is not dating again til the boys are grown. Now if only she would do the same.

What a disturbing situation for these kids…I don’t like how the mom (plaintiff’s partner) was so quiet throughout this whole episode. Let’s say the plaintiff did only “some” of the stuff mentioned to the kids, how could the mom just let her gf do that?? Why does the stepmom seem more caring of the fate of these kids than the actual mother?????
Anyone else get the sense that the mom might be a victim of spousal abuse? The entire time she looked down or would quickly dart her eyes over at the judge or defendant. These are her children and she didn't say boo. While the judges ruling was fair, she was out of line admonishing the father and fiancée. What did they do wrong to deserve that type of public scolding?
The biological mother of these 2 boys needs to leave her female partner.
They all have mental issues and the ones who will ultimately be broken are the kids.

The plaintiff is mean and very vindictive! you can hear it in her testimony. She has also been physical with these boys and it's not going to last much longer because they will retaliate. I feel sorry for the young boys and hope that doesn't continue in them with their children. Praying for them to get some help!

Either the woman is attempting to take on the ‘lead parent’ role or she’s just a control freak, who is more concerned with being the ‘head of household’ with all the control and power over the family. Problem is, she’s not the other legal parent and has no power over those kids!
If a partner loves you, they’ll sacrifice for you and your children, they’ll empower you as a parent, even if that means the partner is on the sidelines regarding the parenting dynamic. Don’t overplay your role with someone else’s children!
I believe the defendant. It seems like she's trying to just be there for the kids and their bio mother is upset about it and her partner is aggressive and just has nasty attitude. It seems the defendant is fighting more for the children than either of the bio parents have. So sad.

Four nights every two weeks is too much. With the two plaintiffs sounds like it needs to be supervised visitation.
When kids see the parents fighting; they will use that to their advantage as far as privileges. The children are going back & forth telling each set of parents what they want to hear. Especially when it comes to discipline..
The kids are also potentially being abused and being blamed for the poor example that the parents are setting. Kids who experience trauma are more likely to act out- because they often don't feel heard.

The bio-mom is mute and don’t discipline her own kids so the girlfriend tries to do it cause she thinks she’s tough. The dad is strict, probably lives a conservative lifestyle and doesn’t like his ex-wife’s gf cause she acting like a stepdad. The stepmom is just trying to be a good support system, but she is easily played cause she’s so sensitive. A rebellious teenager’s dream.

The plaintiff who did all the talking has a bossy, interfering, mean nature, she looks like a real bully, I pity the boy when she sat on him, she looks the type to do it.
