I made this, its absolutely delish, i used two large eggs instead of three and also used about 7 tbsps of erithymitol instread of 10 tbsps of monkfruit and the brown sweetener also i didnt have any baking soda, so i just used baking powder but everything else i copied exactly and the cake was top notch - slightly light but also moist and looks beautiful too, will definitely make this again!

I have made this cake 4 different times, and it has never looked as runny as the one in the vid. Not sure what ingredient is causing mine to do that, but dang the taste and texture are still excellent! ❤
Just wanted to stop by and say that I made the ganache frosting and put it on a yellow cake. It was sooooo good. I put on a thin layer bc of personal preference and it was like having real cake with frosting. I've tried making keto buttercream and cream cheese frosting and have never had success. I do not like the cooling effect, grittiness or texture when you use keto sweeteners. But this ganache is genius! Thanks for sharing.
@mija Mija, I have been keto/lchf for 3 yrs now. I ALWAYS use powdered sweetener (erythritol). I never use granulated sweetener because it always returns to crystal after cooling, and I don’t like the crunch. I just grind my sweetener in the NutriBullet. Happy cooking 💋
i made this for my mom on mothers day and she loved it !! i didnt use white vinegar and it was fine+i used sugar free frosting from the store instead of ganache because i couldnt make it right lol, but thank u for the recipe it was very delicious
Hi thanks for sharing your recipe, much appreciated but I was wondering if I could skip the coconut flour and replace it with all almond flour instead☺️🙏🏼👍🏼
I don't think that would work at the same measurement. Coconut flour absorbs an amazing amount of liquid and almond doesn't. You might want to search to find out how much almond flour to use when replacing coconut flour. You'd need more of the almond flour.
