I eat the whole lemon. Soak slices of lemon in water, drink lemon water through the day. At the end of day the rind getting soft and less sour, even taste sweet, and you can eat the whole thing including seeds.

The presentation drove me nuts. You've got all this graphic activity going on with the little bouncy symbols and such going on in the background (did that have a purpose?) and the information seemed to really drag ( entirely contrary to the background activity).
