I have been playing the ukulele for 2 1/2 years and always turn to your tutorials Mike whenever I want to make progress or learn a new song. You explain in easy terms and keep it simple for the likes of me. I am very grateful, thank you.
Hey Mike! Instruction is very clear & easy to follow. I like all your associated tips & recommendations. I picked up my uke at age 65 and been following you for about a year now. Now ready for Travis Picking (no 1).
I really enjoy your lessons. Really well done for folks who are learning, and I might add, broken into segments where there really is something for everyone. Thank you!
I started watching someone else doing a video about this and got so confused. Then I saw yours and said, "I'm going to see Mike. He's a good teacher." haha This is totally easy the way you present it! Thanks Mike!
Yes, you ALWAYS explain them so well!!! I have been wanting to introduce something more complex into my playing, which I must admit, has become really predictable and simple. I think I want to follow one of your series of lessons.
Encore une fois un grand MERCI pour votre aide, et pour vos lecons extraordinaires et tres tres tres bien expliques. que nous les debutants peuvent vous suivre... merci encore pour le grand plaisir que vous me faite.
You have helprd me get morr into my inner spiritual musician THe size sound and closeness to the body makes my music delve deeper into my soul as opposed to my other instruments whic are more of an outward expressjon of my emotions
Watched this via your word press site then linked through to try and download the sheets from your media fire site but the link no longer works. is there any other way to access this? Many thanks for all of your inspiring tutorial videos.
Great stuff Mike but the link you give does not take you to the download page. Have spent ten minutes trying to find the download you mention, but am giving up now. Would suggest you clarify this as scanning through comments I see I'm not the only one left out.
@aimak3 Thanks for that aimak3! The link did work, but for some reason, when I pasted it in to my browser window (Firefox), the link changed to z71eb99zzd8%C2%ADr4ao! Took me a few minutes to realise what was going on, but once I did and edited the link manually to z71eb99zzd8r4ao, by simply deleting the %C2%AD, all was fine. Just posting this in case anybody else has the same difficulty.
Ukulele Mile was sponsored by Oscar Schmidt ukuleles - the one he is playing appears to be a Oscar Schmidt Spalted Mango Tenor Acoustic/Electric Ukulele, OU7TE - strung low G. RIP Mike
