So relevant! 'Despite' deep spiritual work that I have been doing for 35 years, anxiety attacks appeared. The secret is indeed to surrender and not fight them. Instead of running away from them, I stood in front of them, bowing my head humbly, looking this monster in the eyes and saying: "Yes, this is where I am now, take me." It doesn't make them disappear but it greatly shortens their stay - from months, to weeks, to hours. I also understood that they are part of the karma I carry and it is precisely the continuation of the spiritual work that allows them to come out and release me. Anxiety attacks are also a great gift - they forced me to see my life, family and work in a brighter light and I understood the changes that needed to be made. I learned to say 'I'm weak now, support me'. Thanks to the anxiety, I also realized that I have to do more for the community and the world and that the real spiritual work does not happen on the meditation cushion.
Formal meditation is practice, real world action is the real work. Next step from Self Realisation is Self actualisation… Next step in a metaphorical way of speaking, but I think you get the point. Even formal meditation is not a must but it really helps train the mind. It certainly has its place, but transferring its effects in real time behaviour in the world, is the only important thing. I can be calm and serene in meditation and after some minutes or hours arguing and talking harsh to someone, it happens. So meditation is meaningless if it doesn’t affect positively the whole life experience not only some minutes of sitting. In my understanding, open heartedness, moral and ethical behaviour, being authentic and truthfull has tremendous power in elevating the state of consciousness, even without deep understanding through studying and practicing.
I am more than gratefull for these teachings, which have helped me a lot over the last three years - when I started to become more grounded - overcoming fears of reintegration, like those mentioned in the video, and these days I find myself more stable, brave and with a sweet joy in my heart throughout the day.
Its nice that she doesn't interrupt and lets the people speak. What a shame when sincere seekers come and ask a question only to be interrupted by a spiritual teacher who proceeds to endlessly go on and on and on about themselves.....
This makes so much sense. I’m new to her teachings but she is clarifying what being fully embodied and what bring in unity consciousness is? Being whole fully present in every moment. Not the observer in enlightenment detaching from the body Surrender to the soul within the body places Full conscious awareness on presence that you are right there inside it. Coherent! In full alignment.
Namaste ❤ and thank you for this beautiful thought ❤ when my very best friend passed away , besides my mother of course , it was an sad feeling of lose because he wasn’t there anymore and his light had shinned so brightly ❤ his name was Rustyboy, and he was my little dog ! He was always happy and he could talk to you thru his eyes , which were like that of a little alien being , almost glossy ! And getting back to your words of truth , a lady who knew and loved little animals very well said something to me , that I had already known but that reminded and guided me to a state of surrender ! And what she said to me was ❤ you are not the body , go deeper ❤ when I absorbed these words I knew my little Rustyboy was still here with me always ❤ I hope you don’t mind my thoughts and may your days be bright ❤ namaste
Are you saying that the inner wisdom/ surrender to the inner truth is consciousness itself, that we co-create constantly in the moment, now, presently, with consciousness, that therefore, we are ourselves consciousness ?
I wish they wouldn’t use the word surrender. Although it is correct, for some people it is the attitude of slavery, of demeaning oneself or of defeat, such as a war. I would prefer ‘open up completely and accept it in’. I believe that is their intent with surrender, to give in to it, to make it a part of you.
I have a thought , and it is only a thought to ponder if so desire ❤ the act of surrendering usually means putting up a white flag , it is to signify that I will fight no longer ! The question of surrender then is what am I fighting ? and when you figure that out you will know what to surrender too ❤ as Maharishikaa says , to bend , namaha ❤ I sincerely wish all ye seekers fulfillment on your journeys through life ❤ namaste
I think the message is that you surrender to the moment. When you become duplicated observers, your mind is split and not as powerful as your focused energy and consciousness.
Just mind blown by this discourse. This is the teaching that finally resonates for this time we live in. Incredible message! Thank you 🙏

Surrender comes and goes for me. Mostly to God, family and country.
You only surrender to the Soul, not the country, because the soul doesn't have a country.
I love you

How can you surrender to the observer?
I think the message is that you surrender to the moment. When you become duplicated observers, your mind is split and not as powerful as your focused energy and consciousness.
You don't. But i guess you saw more videos over time. The instructions are said very clear.
