Love seeing SSR11 with its original GT1 layout and seeing the GT2 version of Super Speedway! The 1st 2 games had such amazing energy to them. Sad to see the magic slowly faded away over the years.

Honestly love how most of the beta tracks are literally how those tracks looked in GT1 and 2 but entirely made with 3's graphical fidelilty leap in visuals.
Some were basically 80% done too

Interesting how Rome is literally exactly the same as it was from GT2. Wonder if they just ported it over from there.

Pretty much all tracks were ported from GT2 or GT1 - Special Stage Route 11 is exactly as it was in GT1, and both Clubman R.5 and Special Stage Route 5 have the GT2 PS1 scenery (i.e. low poly and low texture quality buildings) as well as copious tracks having banners for "Gran Turismo 2".
Honestly, it's really cool.
