Really interesting to see the international shipping process Alex, thank you. In the past did you ever use eBay to sell products, or have you always done it on your own platform?
We never used eBay for business. We started with Amazon affiliate links in the past, but then expanded to having our own product line using our platform and we promote by using the tools in our repair videos. We sell what we use, We offer super fast service and every tool is quality checked. We stand behind our products. Why would customers go anywhere else.

Hello am following from Uganda known as the pearl of Africa. East Africa
Coincidence you made this video after I recently created a big order for the UK but I still had to abandon the cart because one of the items was not in stock. As you say, its not worth paying the shipping unless you can make the order worth whilst but unfortunately if everything isn't in stock we would have to pay another big shipping fee when the missing item is back in stock.

@@NorthridgeFix hmmrm, I did copy & Paste the order to keep a copy of what I did add to the basket. I had 11 line items on there and the UV Light was on my wishlist but isn't isn't one of the line items, so it could have been that.
Why don't you ship to Israel?
Central Africa, India, Indonesia, Israel, Palestinian territory, South Africa, Morocco, Algeria are all flagged by out system for previous consistent fraudulent activities. Anyone of the those flagged countries can still order
using wire transfer. You'll see the option during checkout. We really don't care if you live on Mars or underground. You are welcome to order if you are legit.

Yes, international shipping is expensive, I found that out when I ordered something from overseas. But that's the price you pay for doing it, whining about how expensive it is won't make the price go down. If you want a particular item you pay for it.
