As beginner, I always have problem with the dough sticking to my hands while kneading. And if you please tell me is Ghee a proper replacement for the Vegetable Oil used in the recipe, coz I'm health cautious and have been cutting oil from being part of my regular diet

Bajra is called "pearl millet" in english. You just need to find pearl millet powder or buy whole millet and powder it yourself at home.
