my problem when I success in something or be good at. . compliments overwhelming me so I make error or lose it .. I don't know if this low self confidence or fear of success. . but how can I return great core that compliment don't confuse me and bad comments don't motivate me ?

not true. I am self confidence because I honestly don't give a shit about what other people think about me.
I often meet tasks with disdain and doubt, regardless, the negative energy motivates me to work harder.
self confidence isn't as one sided as presented here
