    For the Master Chef Grill Turismo; is there supposed to be a Switch Screw on the Booster burner? I can't find one on my BBQ.

      There is a switch screw underneath of the control cap. Similar to the other burners.

      Strange question but why do you wish to switch between the 2 fuel sources?

      Propane Gas is at a higher pressure than Natural Gas. The orifice helps regulates the flow of propane so it doesn't blow apart your BBQ. When removed it allows the lower pressure Natural Gas to flow correctly.

      @@kylegibbard yes but swaping to larger orface instead of removing entirely. Wouldn't un restricted gas also now shoot into burner as well the venturi effect i believe

      can you address this point? while there aren’t NG orifices included in the pack (and no mention of them when reassembling burners) it would be nice to have it explicitly stated that they are no longer needed

      I think the reason you look for the 'Convertible Valve System' logo is so you know you don't have to replace the orifices, just remove them. If your grill does not have that logo, you will have to put new natural gas orifices where the propane ones were.

      You would need to check with the manufacturer of your grill to see if it is convertible. The design is vastly different when converting.

    No teflon tape on threads!?

    • @harryschrysan3183
      @harryschrysan3183 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Never Teflon tape on gas appliances. Only pipe dope.
      Also, on flare connections it's not needed but I would recommend putting some dope on the threads in order to make it tighter and also lubricate the threads so it won't seize when you want to remove it.
