It's really a great blessing if my left hip pain that occurs once in a while will really disappear.You know I'm 77 ,a teacher for 29 years ,had 8 strong children and a widow for 21 years.It will be a great blessing if my slight problem will return to normal.I think it will...if I do The exercise that I learn from you.Thanks again.

These are good exercises. Do you also have core/tummy exercises for us seniors? We all seem to have stomachs after 60 especially women after menopause. Thanks if you do.

I just found your video - I am laughing - I have a BRZ Convertible - I'm 58 and starting to get harder to get out of the car - I was thinking of selling it and getting something higher - you just saved me $20k changeover - ha ha thank you ... onto the exercises ...........
