I would’ve put this on reddit but I don’t have an ac so I’m putting it here, I feel like when you listen to an MCR song you can tell what album / time it was on or recorded In because of gees voice and the leaks sound kinda like hesitant alien which is right if it’s a demo from 2013
There was metadata that people on Reddit found yesterday showing that the song was recorded back in 2012, right around when the album would have been getting ready for release, so probably not AI, thankfully

If you listen to the isolated vocals for Witch, I think there are too many little details and imperfections in pitch that I don't think an AI would replicate. Plus usually people using AI to imitate someone can't get the lyrical style so perfect. Everything about it to me reads Gerard Way. Not to mention there are musical elements that weren't in any prior MCR albums -- Paper Kingdom was described as unlike any prior MCR album by the press that previewed it, so the person making it would have needed to come up with all this while still making it sound authentic to the band at the same time. I'm fully convinced, personally.
Also, as far as I know the only MCR relic people can't locate (probably by design) are those demo tapes with Sister to Sleep on them... And that tape was very very limited in the copies made. It seems unlikely to me that they could have scrapped an album they'd actually gone into the studio for and not have any music emerge from it 10+ years later being such a huge band.
I may make a 'proper' video exploring the leaks at some point 🫶 let me know if this is of interest
