Is there a high quality supplement containing all those 3? I only know meriva from following you. But I don’t know about the other 2 ingredients where to get or we may be lucyand find 3 in one
Great quick explanation :-) Just a reminder. when you add piperine to the curcumine you make the curcumine up to 300 times more potent. I Usually add the mix of 1 turmeric and 1/2 cayenne pepper to my organic eegs with organic garlic. onion. tomatoes and feel great. heal very fast. The cayenne pepper also disolves bloodcloths fast and efficient.

I understand completely, Betsy. The benefits of curcumin are undeniable, but getting into the blood stream can be a challenge. Curcumin is highly unstable tends to break down very fast when exposed to the harsh acid in the digestive track. Because of that some supplements use very high doses which can cause issues. The most important thing is the type of curcumin a person uses - some forms have much better absorption than others. The type I use is called Meriva that features a sustained release "delivery system" which has demonstrated significantly higher absorption rates than standard curcumin extract.

A friend with rheumatoid arthritis tried to use Curcumin turmeric) but had a severe stomach upset when she took it., even with food. Any suggestions?
I've also had trouble with turmeric-curcumin. It seems any way it's prepared, my digestive system doesn't like it. So ice stopped trying.

Yeah, but doesn't curcumin interacts with corticosteroids? People on prednisone may not be able to take it.
