She may have been desperate because of a very low SoC, but no right-minded EV owner rocks up at a charger with an extremely low SoC. You should always assume your plan A is not going to work and have a plan B i.e. enough charge to drive somewhere else. Seems her plan B was to mess with your car's charging. Not a good look Karen.
you use a charger when you are already almost full to save $1 but you have the audacity to call other peoples calls poverty spec yikes calm your ego buddy you drive a fat model 3 rwd its not a lambo@@AutosNGizmos
unfortunately, i cant say im surprised by this clownshow. so many people nowadays seem to go thru life - seemingly (?) appearing totally unaware of anyone else or anything else when it comes to getting what they want.. (shakes his head - lol)
So you saved $1 and blocked a ev charger bay when you clearly didnt need it, just because it was "Free" all whilst some one else was desperate and probably needed to get some where in a hurry, thanks for the story Ken
I was well within my right to use this destination charger as I was shopping in this establishment. If the other EV owner was desperate for a charge, there is another set of chargers 500m down the road she could use. She risk damaging my car by pulling hard on the charger for poor planning on her part to be desperate enough to rely on a destination charger like that. That’s the dick move imo.
She can kick rocks. Pretty sure a supercharger was near. Piss poor planning on her part. Now if we both pulled up and said she is in a critical state then i would of swapped. Go about your day sir no wrong doing here.
you were at 90% SoC.. literally doing damage to your battery... you were trying to save a buck, she probably NEEDED to actually charge to go about her day as planned.. dick move by you inho
It doesn't matter what % he was at. You don't pull from a charging car. There is no way she could have known whether or not the car was 2 mins from dying or not either so for her to assume the car was good on charge and try to take it was a karen move. In addition, if you are driving an EV you have to always be aware of charge, it's bad judgment on her to wait this long for charging.

Thats true. The funny thing is there is a supercharger 500m from this site.
@@AutosNGizmos So her plan C was to pay for it.
If I were a Karen, I would probably do exactly what she did in the video because I’m a Karen 😂

How many times can you say “Karen” in 2 minutes
Sorry, too many times
Next time get an anti Karen receptacle connected to the connector so that it can’t be just unplugged by a Karen
They will always find a way

Yes I agree, especially because there is another charger 500m down the road.

This is why you should never get an EV. The reliance on limited chargers and their expense or being inoperative is insane
I hope the infrastructure catches up soon

@@profylebryon the state of charge shows on the screen
@@profylebryon just saying... There is zero context. Obvious it was not out of malice.
@@profylebryon it actually sounds like a great way to alert the driver to move on
@@neh4pres The state of charge wouldn't be shown, the screen would've showed "Sentry active, you're being recorded."
