1 HR Deep Stretch Yin Yoga || Completely Relax and Let Go

  • This Deep stretch Yin Yoga class is a full body, ultra relaxing sensational experience. We will make our way through the body targeting hip flexors, quads, hips, hamstrings, spine, shoulders, inner thighs, and groin. There are several variations on frog, as well as for a full split should that be something you're working on. Because we go deep in this class, some of the postures may feel intense. Look for sensation in a gentle way. Remember in Yin we want to:
    1| Find our edge
    2| Find Stillness
    3| Surrender to time

    This was an awesome Yin practice, just finishing out a superb series of your practices. Starting with Intermediate vinyasa to Energy Boost to Yin for shoulders and ending with an hour of Yin! What an amazing series with a couple of new poses you showed me, seated one leg forward fold with one knee bent and abducted like in deer pose, with a twist, awesome stretch! Next week I am actually going to a local Yin class and I haven't been to a live in studio class since 2021! I will look into a teacher training course here soon. I am so grateful for what you have taught me about Yin and yoga and for all of your practice videos! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful yoga practice with me my friend!       Christopher!! This makes me so happy. 😁 What a great combo of the classes and I'm glad I could offer a few new ideas, too. I'm sure it'll be wonderful to take an in studio class again, there's nothing quite like a group of like minded individuals sharing a space and a practice like this.
      Also very exciting that you're looking into a teacher training! For me it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Beyond wanting to share the practice, I just learned so much (and still continue to, of course). Very grateful to practice with you! Namaste❤️🙏🏻

    Your yin yoga classes are really the best. Most effective at calming muscle pain. I always feel amazing afterwards. I am now much more flexible. Thank you for the guidance.

    Thank you for this one. Your channel is a treasure of yin and has become a refuge for me after stressful times. This one helped me to unwind after a week of hectic promotions abroad followed by a full day of international travel, which maximises the stress. My daily practice helped me pull through but the stress of working through a hectic ten days was amplified by the travel back to base and those long airport hangs really take a toll on my back. So, I knew where to look and found this one which turned out to be just right! Opening with saddle and then frog just released the compression and pressure on my back and knees. And the whole sequence decompressed my mind too. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
