I got the idea to get my own from watching when Ben first started down this path years ago (also the konkrete guys were doing that Florida pirates interviews). But this month, selling my 2 houses, and then in about a year after all the classes and practice getting my own trawler, maybe half the size of Ben's latest. I was worried when he kept going bigger, so I'm glad he scaled down!

loved the update on ben jr's construction project. great to see the progress it's made since day 1. love the honesty when he admits his mistakes and what he could have done better, and how informative he is (i.e. the miami-dade insulation company being up to code in a very stringent county in florida), and all the issues associated with a new commercial building the yacht was good, but the hallways in the lower level seemed a bit cramped. I know it wasn't a high-end yacht, but still thought that they were a bit tight.
