    Thanks for the update. I like your solution to the upper cowl attach mechanisms. Quick-release to access - and show off - the innards!

    Might want to check out jet-hot coatings for you exhaust system. A ceramic coating for inside and outside. Breathes better and reduces heat in the engine compartment. Relatively cheap, too.

    What ingenuity...I love that you tell us where you get your inspiration from (laundry room trash can...priceless). I'm really looking forward to the testing part of this build and the adjustments that will inevitably come about. What a cool process. Thanks again (I've commented before) for taking us on this journey with you.

    Those latches on upper cowl seem pretty cool. If they work out can you post more on that sometime. It wasn’t too obvious how that worked.

    How many HP do expect from your installation? Any time limit ( like apex)? Up to what altitude? Great job! Can’t wait to see more!

    • @Project2Aero
      @Project2Aero  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My tune will be right around 200hp. I don’t think there will be a limit since that is nowhere close to what this engine is capable of. Don’t quote me on this, but flying installations are seeing 180+ “calculated horsepower” above 10,000ft with similar installations to mine.
