This was an absolutely beautiful song for Gary Rossington. You're greatly missed so soar proudly on the wing's of that Proud Bird in the heavens above. Fly High Free Bird and join your brothers and sisters in Rock- n - Heaven. Long Live Lynyrd Skynyrd. Let's play these songs so loudly so they can hear us from down here on earth.
Am absolutely beautiful tribute to the one and only Last Rebel Mr.Gary Rossington. You sir are gone and missed dearly but you will never ever be forgotten, Tuesday's Gone will forever be Gary's song in my opinion just because of how much energy and beautiful soul he put into his solos, Rest Easy Gary Rossington. Your finally a FreeBird with your brother's and sisters fly High sir fly high
I'm truly grateful that I had the chance to see them three times in concert. I loved watching Gary Rossington play lead guitar on this song and many other ones. I'm planning on seeing them September 2 at Merryweather Post Pavilion in Howard county Maryland. I know he's missed by many fans and I'm one of them. I was counting the days to when the concert was coming but Gary passed away before then.
DANG DANG DANG. JOHNNY THAT WAS A GREAT SPECIAL TRIBUTE FOR GARY !!! WITH TUESDAYS GONE. THE LAST REBEL WILL DEFINITELY DEFINITELY BE MISSED BUT WILL DEFINITELY DEFINITELY NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. THANK YOU FOR THAT SPECIAL TRIBUTE. YALL ARE AWESOME !!!!
Gary is the reason I play a Les paul today. He had the smoothest slowest delicate touch I had ever seen. The tones he pulled out of that 1959 Gibson Les paul literally sent shivers up my spine. I hope. Ed King Bob burns Billy Powell Ronnie van Zant Leon wilkerson Allan Collins Steve gains Gary rossington is still playing in the here n after. You will be missed. But your music and talent you gave us will never die.
Ronnie and Gary I. heaven together. They Loved each other you could it in Ronnies face when they playing ..I love you both so much a nd miss you all ..well never forget yall Ronnie ..never❤️
Here's a funny story of how I met boxcar on Gary's last performance went into the parking garage we didn't know where the exit was we accidentally went out the wrong door where all the trucks and Roadies were then we saw boxcar walking into the building where they were performing my brother yelled BOXCAR came over and he talked to us about 10 minutes he was a real chill dude definitely the best concert of my life🎤🎸🎸🎸🎸🎹🎶🎶
Skynyrd is music is timeless and greater than the sum of players that have played in the band Over the years. It is like Mozart or other classic writer. The music lives on and is not a tribute but a lasting living force that stirs the soul.
Great concert!. Fui de propósito de Portugal ver este concerto, pois sou fãn do Lybyrd Skynyrd há muitos anos. Aproveitei para visitar o Museu do Rock and Roll. Momentos de sonho. Obrigado LS
I just... I can't imagine what goes through all of their heads when they start Tuesday at every show now. Their leader is not there anymore, literally a huge vacancy on the stage. They probably stand there and brace themselves for a rough 6 minutes, and I commend them for keeping the shows and music going. It'd be awesome if Artimus could join them for a few shows and play a couple songs in the set.
I saw this live this weekend and I fucking weeped. I don’t even know this band like that. But it’s a beautiful tribute, especially with us all singing along.
To all you Skynyrd fans my wife and I visited the Lynyrd Skynyrd memorial site on 4/2/24 in Gillsburg Mississippi. Its a beautiful tribute to one of the greatest bands ever, it is near the crash site that took the lives of six skynyrd members. If you haven't seen it you might want to add that to your bucket list. LONG LIVE LYNYRD SKYNYRD!!!
actually it took the lives of 3 members. Ronnie Van Zant, Steve Gaines and Cassie Gaines. Manager Dean Kilpatrick and the two pilots. The band is still performing.
Nice tribute to the best band in the history of bands, actually the OG lynyrd Skynyrd was more than a band somehow. Gary, RIP, you were one of the great ones! Great tribute band currently, that's it!
Horse bands 10 years down the road only have a handful of original members left I know Skinner doesn't have any anymore, 38 special only has Don Barnes.
As a die hard Skynyrd fan (and own a lot of Skynyrd stuff) (and seen them TONS of times), I'm sorry but Gary's fill in is not good. He's not loud enough and the band just sounds flat without Gary.
This is such a terrible vision that it is in no way a tribute to a great musician! It absolutely has none or the power and rawness that the original had. It sounds worse than most garage cover band. The vocals are terrible and it sounds like something that would be played at an old folks home. To the front man, if you have to bate the crowd ever two minutes just to try and get their attention then you shouldn't be up there. This is one of the best songs Skynyrd put out and you found a way to destroy it!
This is just a cover band now. And not a good one either. Johnny always sucked ass as a singer. They shouldn’t even be allowed to use the name Lynryd Skynryd.
But yet there still selling out every single city they show up at every single time they set foot off a tour bus, even with Gary gone now he said that he still wanted the music that he helped to create to be played and sang because it was their dream and he wanted to show everyone that dreams really do come true if you try for them, atleast that's what Gary Rossington said in one of his last few interviews
@@paulm8214You ever see the originals? I’ve seen them twice. I’ve followed them since they where named. “My Back Yard” So yeah, it’s a tribute band. Sorry. 😂😂 BTW, they rode Gary as a cash cow. They drove him to his death.

He had numerous heart problems and heart surgeries, and when he would have to leave for illness right away they’d say Gary will be back in two weeks when his doctor told him to take six months off
