Definitely not. she was truly one of a kind. her voice was unbelievable and the funny part is her voice is so tired here but its still so effortless.
I personally can't stand when a singer does that. It just wrecks the song for me. The Beatles and Cat Stevens are the only two artists who did their best to duplicate their original songs as close to the recording as they could live. I saw them both in concert when I was a very young rocker. Two of the best experiences I've ever had along with Pink Floyd, the Rolling Stones, Led Zeplin, and Yes. THe last was a perfect performance by some of the best musicians ever. Jethro Tull was right up there too! I saw them at Michigan Palace, a place built in the late 19th century when they didn't have electronics to amplify the sound, yet every seat in the house was perfect!

Я помню как пытался поймать на радио Максимум эту песню и записать в детстве, хотя у меня уже были альбомы и сборники их, но именно это песню не мог найти нигде, а запись вечно портили пиздежом ведущие на радио, да и вырубали чаще всего раньше чем надо, и вот помню сплю ночью и просыпаюсь от знакомых ноток прямо в первую секунду начала песни, мафон стоял у кровати и я тут же нажал запись и записал, блять, как же я был счастлив, я до сих пор счастлив...
А песня не отпускает до сих пор, те же чувства и эмоции, прямо изнутри прёт от начала и до конца песни...
