Not sure if that's sarcasm. There wasn't a direct capture setup available and Evo didn't allow people to use tripods in the venue so the only option was to record it handheld. 1080p recording first came out in 2007 (not 2004) and it didn't become prevalent until 2012.
@@Romneto I grew up watching mvc2 hand cam footage wherever I could find it off SRK or Preppy. So to see this style of recording again for mvc2 is a pure nostalgia trip. Weird tripod rule though.
