- HELLO EVERYONE ON MY CHANNEL. THIS IS THE (UPGRADED) WATER PUMP AUTO ON/OFF CIRCUIT. I PROMISE WITH YOU OF UPGRADED VIDEO. SO HERE IT IS.
NOTE !: IF YOU THINKING AND WANT TO MAKE THIS PROJECT. MY SUGGESTION IS, "KIDS DO NOT TRY" AND YOU SHOULD WEAR INSULATED GLOVES TO NOT GET SHOCKED, BURN, OR ANY OTHER INJURY.
In this electronics project, I have explained how to make an automatic water pump switch using the 555 timer IC. The pump will automatically ON and OFF according to the water level in the tank.

Please download the PCB layout, then print it on the A4 page.
Please check the PCB size while printing, it should be the same as mentioned
Required Components:
1. 555 Timer IC (1no)
2. BC547 NPN Transistor (1no)
3. 1k 1-watt Resistors (R5, R7) (2no)
4. 22k 1-watt Resistors (R1, R2) (2no)
5. 180k 1-watt Resistor (R6) (1no)
6. 1M 0.25-watt Resistors (R3, R4) (2no)
7. LED 1.5V 5-mm (1no)
8.1N4007 Diode (D6) (1no)
9. 100nF (104) Capacitor (C4) (1no)
10. 12V SPDT Relay (1no)
11. Connectors & IC base (4 pins)
12. General-purpose PCB or cardboard
Oky beside this. you can convert this same CIRCUIT into light dependent switch.This how you can do this. Link of the video is below

And one more thing. you can also convert THIS CIRCUIT into bulgi pump CONTROLLER. you just want you have to do is SHORT the on and off wire. then add a float switch between common and on/off wire

Good working device kudos to you 👍, but there is a problem it was working normal but in the long run it stopped and when I remove COM. wire it will start working but not switching off the pump I don't know y, I tried fixing it but is not working. Pls 🙏 any advice

You mean when you make this CIRCUIT. It work normal some days and then fault occurs?
Well... some times this happens to me as well. If you have all tools. So you can make a new CIRCUIT in less than a $. I make a another one when one of my CIRCUIT causing me trouble. And I know it is little different to make the CIRCUIT but it is easy to make my given CIRCUIT after 1 or 2 attempts
And do you know. You can convert this same CIRCUIT into light dependent switch. Just by adding a photo resistor in it. You can see this in this video th-cam.com/video/cAkdCeEBR_s/w-d-xo.html
This same CIRCUIT can also be converted into bilge pump CONTROLLER. By USING a float switch with COMMON wire and "on off" wire.

Please design the same circuit with dry run protection
WE CAN DO THIS WITH THE SAME CIRCUIT. JUST WE NEED 2 OF THEM. ONE CIRCUIT WORKS AS IT IS. THE OTHER CIRCUIT WORKS AS A BILGE CIRCUIT, (BILGE CIRCUITS OR PUMPS USED IN THE BOATS). WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS CONNECT THE BOTH CIRCUITS SUPPLY AND LOAD IN SERIES. THEN USE THE SECOND CIRCUIT AND SHORT ITS OFF AND ON WIRES TOGETHER TO MAKE IT ONE LINE, LEAVING THE COMMON WIRE AS IT IS. NOW TAKE A FLOAT SWITCH AND CONNECT IT WITH COMMON AND ON-OFF WIRE. THAT'S IT YOU HAVE AN AUTO ON-OFF CIRCUIT WITH DRY RUN PROTECTION. USE THE FLOAT SWITCH IN YOUR GROUND TANK. WHEN THE WATER IN THE GROUND TANKS FINISHES THE SECOND CIRCUIT CUTOFF POWER OF THE PUMP.
YOU CAN DO THIS SO FAR. UNTIL I MAKE ANOTHER VIDEO ON THIS CIRCUIT.
@@A-ZEE. dry sensor should be at the upper tank water in coming point, when water flows Tha relay should be on with delay and water is not flowing relay should be off . Because it is very diffucult to fit low water sensor in lower tank in my case. Please provide suitable circuit for me. Thank you sir
