Automatic Water Level Controller DIY + PCB Design & All steps of making 230V AC

- In this video I am going to show you how to make an Automated Water pump control system using several electronic components including PCB Etching, Drilling and Toner Transfer Methods of PCB Designing. This circuit can be connected to your 230V AC water pump since this circuit use a 230V 12V Relay contact.
First, you should prepare following materials to make this setup.
1) Copper Board
2) Photo paper + Laser Printer
3) Ferric Chloride
4) 12V DC Relay x1
5) DC power connector x1
6) PCB Terminal 3pin x1 2pin x1
7) 8pin IC base x1
8) Ne555 IC x1
9) BC547 x1
10) LED Red and Green 1 each
11) C103 x1
12) IN4007 Diode x1
13) 2.2k Ohm Resistor x2
14) 10K Ohm Resistor x3
15) 1M Ohm Resistor x2
16) Water Pump DC or AC
17) Water Can or Tank
18) Syringe x1

Good circuit with minimum components. The contact probs if working on DC power, the same gathers oxcide on them and lose contact of water. therefore the probs supplying power should supply AC power and the sencers should work on that AC Supply.

Greetings, I am beginner in electro, schematic that you have shared with us, I managed to run it, but if it pleases, to be added again for when the well water has receded, the water pump engine will turn itself off at its sensor limit, even though the sensor to the water tank gives orders are still filling in, thank you.
instead of giving 220V if i want to use DC 12 V battery so can u tell me which things will be changed like resistors or relay? and i will also will be using a dc water pump ...

Hello. I would appreciate a video or diagram for an Automatic Water Level Controller that switches on the pump when water level is full/High (Overflow switch)

must include dry run(sump tank empty protection)
..hint use a npn transistor in series of output of 555 and relay driving transistor with its base connect via 10k to underground sump tank (similer probe as upper tank low high) mark the 3rd sensor war(or interlock). atlernate may depower the 555 with the interlock transistor

This circuit only work if u your tank is on 1st floor.
I maded and tested it , the relay automatically goes of and on with 2 pins , number 6 pin get automatically threshold if i connect a long wire with it

install simple switch in parallel to relay contact s(com and NO) to operate pump manually directly. switch off for auto...pull out power plug for manual force off

If so, then YES. same problem.
If I use Paint program to rescale it, it will lose it's sharpness. It will become pixelated.

230v any motor! Since the Relay is 230v!
use contactor(the pcb relay as pilot duty to connect to coil of other higher ampere relay contactor (atleast 15-20A contacts for 2kw)

Ahmed Ashiq Chowdhury It was correct, because I uploaded the same exact circuit that was built in my video. Check the Circuit once again using the method I am showing before the final setup. It should work if you built it properly using exact components.

.......All the viewers, your kind attention pliz: What if the reservoir tank dries up before the water reaches at the top level to turn off the motor. should you leave the motor run dry for hours and pay a huge bill to motor mechanic to fix it. This idea is totally CRAP, I am an ENGINEER.
