When the tank runs out of water, the pump will not activate by asking for water (pump protection).

Thank you very much for uploading this circuit! I have tried your circuit, unfortunately when the tank is full, circuit doesn't cut off the power, hence the relay being on! All the parts were checked and they are found ok.

Maybe you can help me with what I'm looking for. I'm buying a 129v electric water dispenser. However it doesn't come with and automatic shut off valve. I am hoping to find something automatic that has an automatic switch or sensor that will allow the water to pump and stop. Kind of like how alarm system sensors or a type of toggle that when something is moved or a door is opened it activates.
I hope I'm clear...
Would you happen to know what I could buy that would do that that I could connect to the water dispenser and have it automatically activate and deactivate?

So when the tank's full, the engine's going to work, and it's empty.
Ofcourse .... Connect the motor to the normally closed pin of the relay. Thus when the tank is full the pump will start working... When the water level drops below the threshold level it stops

project to accha he lekin isme ak dikkat he..ye to only uppar ki tank ka project he agar iske sath under ground tank ka system hota to or bhi accha ho jata..or isme agar full tank hone par buzzer add hota ho to vo bhi kar dena....
try to upgrade your system with second under ground tank ...
Using relays with bigger amperes , this design can be used for bigger or heavy duty AC water pumps. .
What relays will I need for an AC Submersible Pump?
U can use magnetic contactor for run submersible motor
Two level switches and a relay will do the pump automation.

First pic is 16F54
Second pic is 12C508
The first pic is giving connection between sump tank and water tank.(overhead tank)
The second pic is only used in overhead tank

I am using circuit is good for upper tank now it is requested to give circuit for lower tank such as upper tank working is good i used bigger relay instead of small working is good

You just demonstrated your skills without showing exactly how did you wire the 555 timer. The diagram doesn't show how the pins are connected and the numbering you used are misleading. Correct me if I'm wrong.
