Perfect english. Basically you need to have a FAST understanding mind and make right decisions QUICK. I wouldn't say smart, but very fast. I didn't go next round because people told me that you have to work on contract for like 15 years to cover the cost of Education program you take if you pass the exam (Spain or Finland, whatever). Not smart. Quick thinker I'd say.

I always get so anxious when I hear about these Naval encounters because we had a truly bizarre situation with similar aspects. Object kept appearing above the USS Eisenhower from an unknown trajectory, and was changing elevations over us, but we could never find out what the hell it was. I was briefed on what to look for, as I was part of the force protection team aboard the Eisenhower. None of it made sense, the description, the nature of its movements. If it was something we were already aware of, we had a reference booklet on us with pictures of pretty much any surface or air contact we could expect or plausibly encounter. Our squadrons were not able to scramble and find it as well. All we got was this vague briefing about this thing that was appearing directly above -- detected occasionally on radar, and changing elevations rapidly. I never had eyes on it, but the nature of our briefing indicated that we were spooked.

As for atrial objects being seen today? They are seen all over the place. Myself as a Former British Soldier have seen so called UFOs.. structured craft seen in our airspace. Former British Admiral of the Fleet the Lord Hill Norton said if objects are entering and exiting our air space at will and we don’t know who or what is in them or where they are from? @@PearsAreOkay I was watching the night sky when I spotted a star slowly moving in a straight line so I assume it's a satelite at that point. I told my buddy: Hey look a satelite and points him where at. Then it started to accelerate in the direction it was going. Followed by a series of sharp angular turns, not the curved ones we would expect from known aircraft. In conclusion to these manouvers it then zipped out of the sky at even greater speed. What we saw and what they say about the capabilities of this tictac seems pretty similar. I'm from Belgium and it was before 2004. Not sure what more I can say about it.

The questions I've always had, some of which are likely answerable from the data gathered:
What was the temperature of the tic-tac as compared to the ambient air temperature?
What airspeed would have been necessary for the object to reach the CAP from initial encounter to the time it was re-acquired on radar?
By mentioning the "white water washing over a submerged object," is he saying that they saw it emerge from the water? It's never quite clear.
How close did he get to the object before it was gone? Did he see it fly off, or just lose it visually? Did the other plane see it fly off?
I could go on, but those are the main things I've always wondered.

At 9:19 he describes the physics of how waves that are low and wide in deep water get tall and skinny when they get into shallow water. They crash when they are as tall as the water is deep. He is saying that he saw a roughly cross shaped area of white water in the middle of clear water, which looked like what you would get if an object that shape were submerged under the water. He says later that the white water was gone after the tic tac left, so there was nothing for them to look at in the area.

My thinking on that is the tic-tac got surprised by the F-18's, evaded them, then investigated where they came from by following their exhaust trace back to where they started -- the CAP point, at which point the trail was too faint for it to trace all the way back to the Nimitz.

I believe some UAP footage was released in 2017 without their permission and this forced their hand, as in, “We better confess what we DO know so that the kooks don’t make it seem worse than it really is.”

Lets be real.... If this where You, would You Come out in public and talk about this like David does?? I wouldnt, i would never speak about this, atleast not sober.. Even if i was 100% sure I saw aliens, i wouldnt.. Becuse why? What good comes out of this, except for beeing in The spotlight? Sellings books maybe?? But if we throw personal win out of the window.. What good comes out of telling everyone about this? Nothing, it makes no difference at all. Except the risk of beeing a public fool and everyone in his family beeing bullied about this for many years to Come.. So what is the motivation behind this if not money? What do we know about David more then this interview? We need to know who is a person before we can make any somewhat conclusion of what his personality character is and isnt.. This interview say so little of who he is as a person. This is a manipulated story, true or not true, its manipulated.

Problem is anyone who actually saw what Fravor saw and feported it was ridiculed as wacko. It took an absolutely credible person like Fravor to push the dewk jockeys into admitting these things are real. 99% of all UFO sightings I have heard about are identifiable as either nothing extraordinary of a product of a delusional mind. But NOT those 143, they are like WT*!

If you go too the footage at 2:55, set to 1080p and slow playback speed to 0.25 then watch how fast the object really moves in the direction of 8oclock, almost faster than the eyes/camera can see

As a kid I was obsessed with aircraft. I remember we used to go this beach in the Caribbean near Margarita Islands airport. The trip back to the city at night is really dark and you spot a lot of aircraft coming into the airport. I remember this one night I was watching aircraft coming into the airport when all of the sudden i saw a light that suddenly stopped and went backwards and upwards and then downwards. It flickered, appearing and disappearing. For years I dismissed the whole thing as an hiperactive child's imagination. Back then I used to watch lots of Histoy Channel and X Files and I was convinced aliens had visited Earth. I remembered that episode back in 2019 when these Navy stories surfaced and I thought that's very similar to what I saw back in 2007-08. Anyways I didn't pay much attention to it, a child's memory isn't very reliable. Yesterday I was watching the Congress hearing with my mom and without me saying anything she goes "That's sounds exactly like what you showed when you were a kid" and I went "What do you mean ?" It turns out when I was freaking out on the beach looking at that weird flying thing I called my mom and she saw it too. Suddenly I'm a believer once more

Imagine seeing something as spectacular as this, but no one believing you.
How would you come to terms with the fact that everybody around you believes something, but you know the truth, and the truth can lose you your job, any respect people give you, your very sanity.
Sounds like a story line for a movie, right? Well, it's the life that more people than you think lead.
