    This might sound weird, but you have a great voice for a dentist. Like if you were my dentist I'd feel calm and safe.

    People say that rinsing with mouthwash isn't good after you brush ur teeth, because it gets rid of the toothpaste components, is that right?

      @@elyspencer7338 No, dentists actually recommend not rinsing after using fluoride toothpaste to actually allow the fluoride to remineralize your teeth. Also it is recommended to use toothpaste with fluoride in it.

      I’ve heard many dentists recommend using mouthwash before brushing your teeth, this is because it is best to keep the fluoride in the toothpaste in your teeth to allow it to remineralize your enamel. You shouldn’t even rinse your mouth after brushing. Also you shouldn’t eat or drink(water is fine) for thirty minutes before and after brushing. eating temporarily weakens your enamel because of the acids your mouth produces to chew your food so it can harm your teeth to brush too soon after eating. Brushing your teeth also slightly weakens your enamel so it is unsafe to eat/drink too soon after brushing, this also give the fluoride time to do it’s job.

      @@shaniastuart349 Thank you for your time explaining this to me, I'll keep this in mind when brushing my teeth again! bth when I Brush my teeth I'll need to at least rinse it one time to get all the food particles in my mouth out, then get another hand of paste to let in my mouth?

      Never too old! A woman in my class will be 41 when she graduates and we have plenty of people in their thirties

    Hello. I just got my Invisalign and I’m wondering do I need to brush my teeth before I go to bed even though you brushed and cleaned up after dinner? Or is it ok not to till next morning?

  • @leggz2di4

    Why do you move the toothbrush with your hand while brushing with an electronic toothbrush? My diamond clean sonicaire instructions say not to and to let the brush do it’s job.

    • @Maha-rg5xh
      @Maha-rg5xh 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      From what I've learned, any extra mechanical movement will help clean the teeth better and get into the crevices.

    I actually do floss every night but I use that dental floss holder thing that dentists give to children so I don’t need to get my hands all the way up in my mouth, I think that makes all the difference for me because it can get all the way to my back molars without much effort and you just do the back and forth motion to get everything

    Does brushing your teeth right after hurt your enamel???

  • @veedhisolanki5107
    @veedhisolanki5107 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    So do you let your Invisalign dry after brushing or we can wear it wet? Because there will be some water on it.

  • @thefunnybuddy4138

    Oh my gosh you are zooming with that floss. It still takes me like 3 minutes for the entire mouth.
    Also do I really need to floss every night? When I do floss every 2 to 3 days I see plaque on my floss but any sooner and I don't see anything.
