Sometimes I wish I lived with a dental hygienist to keep me accountable for my dental care at home. My dentist prescribed me with high fluoride tooth paste with trays to do at night.
And I have my oral b electric tooth brush and water pik coming in the mail.

4:13 oh my gosh i NEVER KNEW THAT. I've been using this thin for like a year and didn't read the instructions lol. i like to put 50/50 mouthwash(non-alcoholic) in mine and sometimes filling that thing up makes a mess. i usually just keep a small cup and use that.

I love my water flosser!!!! I find it hard to follow my gum line. Any hints?
I place it directly on my teeth/gums so I’m able to feel where I am as opposed to looking.
Hi, do you use crest gum detoxify toothpaste, the opalescence toothpaste is that excellent for periodontal disease and cavities
I love both but they serve two different purposes. The crest is great for both periodontal disease and cavities, whereas the opalescence’s main function is to whiten. It also has fluoride in it so it does have the ability to prevent cavities, but no gum health benefits.

Hello, I have a question? Should I be rinsing after I brush or not? My dentist said I should rinse but there so much mixed opinions out there. I sometimes have bad breath and build up in my gums so should I also use mouthwash right after or wait 30 min?
Wait 30mins, give your toothpaste a chance to settle and work.
Don’t rinse. Let the toothpaste and your saliva work
