I had sepsis back in my 20s , stayed 20 days in the hospital from which 11 days was in the ICU. No pain , just extremely high fever , urinating literally a black smelly thing . When I finally decided to go to hospital after initial exams doctor send me straight way to the ICU and put me on the strongest antibiotics available , by the third day no sign of fever and my organs functions started to recover quickly . Wasn’t a good experience but wasn’t something horrible . Having a sepsis shock(which I was around 2 to 3 days away from , accordingly to my doctor) means you’re having not good chances of survival as your organs already shut down , I was lucky .

I've seen inside septic tanks before, and it just doesn't look like that. It's not a chocolatey brown goop. All the solids sink to the bottom and disintegrate quickly, leaving a murky yellow water filled with bugs and globs of toilet paper. It's much more similar to the old guy in the Septic 6 video. Either it's a fake pool of mud, or the Septic 5 guy has acquired a large quantity of VERY fresh shit.
Well, if they have too much going into the septic tank the bugs can't work fast enough and the sludge will get very thick. If this is real, I'd wager this guy mixed the sludge, water and scum cap into a mixed liquor before getting in. The shape and construction of the tank are strange to me however. The gas is the last part that catches my attention. Septic tanks are anaerobic. He'd need a fresh air supply to enter that tank safely. H2S is the biggest threat but not the only threat in the air of a septic tank.
I'd like to add that bacteria touching his naked eyes could potentially be a life threathening hazard, due to eyes being an almost direct pathway to the bloodstream. Hence, if you ever want to do this use swim glasses.
Makes me think back to the mid 90s. On Swedish music festivals we had the infamous "Bajsmannen" (the poop man). He engaged in hijinks and shenanigans such as tipping over portapottys and frolicking in the spilled waste mixture, worshipping toilet paper, and performing impressive stunts like "Bajs 360" (Poop 360). there's a few things wrong with the idea of "swimming" in a septic tank. the first being that...I have no idea how you'd get into one to begin with. most septic tanks are a hollow cube/tube of concrete that's buried under dirt and gravel. with the ones I've seen, the "lid" on them is a massive slab of concrete. so, unless you had a serious winch or some other sort of machinery, I have no idea how you would even lift the lid off. you can access the inside of the tank through small manhole style covers, but I've never seen one big enough for a person to go through. plus, you'd have to find the damn thing in the first place (unless it had an exposed lid), then dig it up, and THEN figure out how to get into it. if you SOMEHOW managed to get into one, and then have it sealed back up with you inside...I have no idea how you could possibly survive for long due to the lack of oxygen and all the toxic gases that accumulate in there. that's also not what sewage really looks like from my experience. sewage in a septic tank is mostly black, and mostly water (with the solids floating on top)...not this brown sludge. It does look like the inside of an actual septic tank, albeit, a really fucking big one. I mean, yeah, it could be real I guess...but I highly doubt it.
I’ve heard of a handful of cases where people have fallen into septic tanks and died from suffocating on the wretched fumes (there’s a famous one from China where a whole family was essentially eliminated trying to save each other after falling in). It apparently takes you down quick. That’s the most suspicious part of the validity for me lol.

He was just telling everybody that septic tanks are meant to be completely full right up to the lid by design and it's no big deal because liquid can flow through the pipes of the drain field. The way that you tell if a septic tank needs to be pumped is by taking a core sample of the solids that collect on the bottom of the tank. I'm wondering how the swimming man is inside a tank that's half full. It doesn't fit with how they are designed.

most septic tanks, to my knowledge, have a leech field, for the water portion of the waste to distribute into the ground. Otherwise they would fill up MUCH faster, it's only the solid components that get mucked up back there. Also if you wonder what raw sewage looks like, pull up drain addict, you'll be sure to find some somewhere in a video, it's pretty close to that. If i had to guess i would say it is raw sewage. As for TP, it breaks down, it would disintegrate and become discolored, effectively being mush.

Then how does the UK deal with septic waste? Sewer system is an option, but those are limited to towns/cities. More rural places have to either use a cesspool or septic tank (or dump it somewhere, but that's also usually illegal). In the US cesspool's are illegal unless your house had one before the law went in, so most use septic tanks. I know the UK is small, but I know you still have rural areas.

I think you need to have a personal treatment plant these days, and you also need a permit for any non British standard system. A lot of older farms still have cesspits, so I'm pretty sure septic tanks wouldn't be out of the question in rural communities.

I'm honestly really skeptical about anyone poo diving in any actual septic tanks. What I learned from having to deal with a failing septic tank and getting professional advice and help with the issue is that the gas that builds up from all the rotting sludge is extremely dangerous stuff that WILL mess you up bad at the very least. Well, if they have too much going into the septic tank the bugs can't work fast enough and the sludge will get very thick. If this is real, I'd wager this guy mixed the sludge, water and scum cap into a mixed liquor before getting in. The shape and construction of the tank are strange to me however. The gas is the last part that catches my attention. Septic tanks are anaerobic. He'd need a fresh air supply to enter that tank safely. H2S is the biggest threat but not the only threat in the air of a septic tank.
I'd like to add that bacteria touching his naked eyes could potentially be a life threathening hazard, due to eyes being an almost direct pathway to the bloodstream. Hence, if you ever want to do this use swim glasses.

Makes me think back to the mid 90s. On Swedish music festivals we had the infamous "Bajsmannen" (the poop man). He engaged in hijinks and shenanigans such as tipping over portapottys and frolicking in the spilled waste mixture, worshipping toilet paper, and performing impressive stunts like "Bajs 360" (Poop 360). Kinda like the scat version of a roundhouse kick. He was mostly like 5% real things that happened, and 95% urban legend. there's a few things wrong with the idea of "swimming" in a septic tank. the first being that...I have no idea how you'd get into one to begin with. most septic tanks are a hollow cube/tube of concrete that's buried under dirt and gravel. with the ones I've seen, the "lid" on them is a massive slab of concrete. so, unless you had a serious winch or some other sort of machinery, I have no idea how you would even lift the lid off. you can access the inside of the tank through small manhole style covers, but I've never seen one big enough for a person to go through. plus, you'd have to find the damn thing in the first place (unless it had an exposed lid), then dig it up, and THEN figure out how to get into it. if you SOMEHOW managed to get into one, and then have it sealed back up with you inside...I have no idea how you could possibly survive for long due to the lack of oxygen and all the toxic gases that accumulate in there. that's also not what sewage really looks like from my experience. sewage in a septic tank is mostly black, and mostly water (with the solids floating on top)...not this brown sludge. It does look like the inside of an actual septic tank, albeit, a really fucking big one. I mean, yeah, it could be real I guess...but I highly doubt it.

Originally on N64, though getting an N64 cart is probably is probably slim to none these days without coughing up some hard cash. I’m probably one of the lucky few hundred(or thousand, not sure how many copies have survived over the years) that have it in their collection.
It was remade as Conker: Live and Reloaded on the original Xbox. there was actually a pretty horrible case where a Japanese guy was murdered, and placed by his murderers into the septic tank of a toilet used by his crush, so that she would find the body and people would think he entered the tank under his own volition to peep on her while she was going to the bathroom, only to freeze to death, and initially when he was found everyone did assume just that, but apparently an investigation turned up pretty clear signs of foul play. The worst part is that he was apparently still alive when he was placed into the septic tank, just too injured to escape, meaning he actually spent his last moments dying in sewage, and probably knowing that people (including one of the people he most cared about) were going to think he was a pervert who did this to himself.
And yet that man's nightmare death scenario is this guy's wet dream.

What chubbyemu explanation on if the septic tank was survivable didn't take into account suffocation. septic tanks are small spaces and are often filled with gases like methane, hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide so it would be easy to suffocate when these gases overpower the amount of oxygen in the air that you breathe in especially if you've been in there for a while you'd suffer from hypoxia and die.

There's a guy online who vlogs about his septic tank business and I've learned a bit about them. He was just telling everybody that septic tanks are meant to be completely full right up to the lid by design and it's no big deal because liquid can flow through the pipes of the drain field. The way that you tell if a septic tank needs to be pumped is by taking a core sample of the solids that collect on the bottom of the tank. I'm wondering how the swimming man is inside a tank that's half full. It doesn't fit with how they are designed.

most septic tanks, to my knowledge, have a leech field, for the water portion of the waste to distribute into the ground. Otherwise they would fill up MUCH faster, it's only the solid components that get mucked up back there. Also if you wonder what raw sewage looks like, pull up drain addict, you'll be sure to find some somewhere in a video, it's pretty close to that. If i had to guess i would say it is raw sewage.
As for TP, it breaks down, it would disintegrate and become discolored, effectively being mush.

Then how does the UK deal with septic waste? Sewer system is an option, but those are limited to towns/cities. More rural places have to either use a cesspool or septic tank (or dump it somewhere, but that's also usually illegal). In the US cesspool's are illegal unless your house had one before the law went in, so most use septic tanks. I know the UK is small, but I know you still have rural areas.
