    Today is the big day for me, i completed it for the first time in my life( with all knee position r normal ones) cant believe that 4-5 years ago i collapsed when the vid turns to lv 3, so happy, keep it up every1 u can do it

    For those who dont know, level 1 is first until 11:42, level 2 from 11:43 - 23:04, and level 3 is everything after. If you can do all 30 minutes then go ahead.

      Hi P4P....this workout is for real, I see the results after one month....there 377 pushups/26 sets.....I only do 312; 12pushups/set..I substitute the crunched fist pushups with pushups hands as width as chest...crunched fist pushups are real hard to do when your tired, I do them once I cool off..

      Tevin Walker I try to use the recommended plan: enable annotations, and it's right at the beginning of the video. (to be honest, I usually needed more time-out, but I tried to do as much as I could each time).

      got any idea about what my workout schedule (i do it on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturays) should look like if for now i'm just able to do the first level and then just halfass my way through the second? i mean, at this stage is there any point in me doing just the second level on Thursdays or should i just keep on trying as hard as i can three times a week? because if right now my body isn't able to withstand the pressure of doing all three levels, i don't think i need to go easy on it on Thursdays, but i'm not sure, hence i'm asking

      yarpen26 The most important thing is a good diet man this is 70% of success and 7 or 8 hrs sleeping. Before training u should eat a good meal and prepare a water with lemon :)

    This is legitimately one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. Keeping pace with the counting is BRUTAL.

    this works ! this really works , im doing it from past 20-25 days and i can clearly see the results , dint have any chest muscles but i can easily feel the bump now !
    those who are too frustrated that they cant complete the whole workout , would suggest take rest in between dont try to match the speed initially ,once your stamina builds up you ll start doing more and more .. it took 15 days for me to reach level 2 !

    I thought I was good at push up exercises but I couldn't even complete this! And I know I'm targeting the chest not arms cus you can feel the chest muscles twitch with each rep, I have to have a break tho cus I have to do it on my knuckles not flat palms cus I have tendonitis!     At first i was skeptical about the routine being hard but when i tried it. . Damn it i couldnt even finish it. I just lasted about 20 mins with longer breaks when i reached 15 minutes. Great workout!!!

      +Hunter Smith Give yourself some resting time 2-3 days. In the meantime train other body parts. Don't overtrain one part, or your gains will slow down.

      +Kira Light well , im kinda starting calisthenics but I cant find a bar to workout my upper body , should I do this training everyday or just in upper body day? ... btw I have a routine (well , basicly copy&past one from bar brothers) which I have for eg abs on monday , upper body (shoulder , chest , biceps , triceps , back) on tuesday , legs day on wednesday , REST on thursday , upper body on saturday and abs on sunday.... On upper body day, as I dont find a bar, should I do this train on that day? and if yes how many times should I do it or if its the only train I should do in that day? Sorry for long text and thanks

      V push ups are harder cause the position puts stress in the shoulders and diamond are knee position

      انا كان وزني 81 ونزلت وزني ل 66 وصار جسمي هزيل بدون صدر وكتوف
      الصراحة بعد التمارين هذي مع بياض البيض والتونة كبر صدري وكتوفي وصارت عضلاتي تكبر
      لما كنت اسوي تمارين الكارديو ماكنت اكل الا شغلات بسيطة وكانت حميتي قاسية علشان كذا راحت عضلاتي مع الشحوم
      نصيحتي مع التمارين هذي بالذات لازم بعد التمرين تقلي بياض بيت من 4 الى 6 بياض بيض بزيت زيتون تقليها وراح تشوف التغيرات بشكل شبه بطيئ لكن راح تشوفها ان شاء الله
      شد حيلك وخبرني وش يصير معك :)

      عزيزي انا الحين بفضل الله اتمرن في نادي صحي والفيدوات اللي زي هذي كانت بداياتي
      انصحك تتدرج بهدوء للمستويات
      مافي شي يجي بشهر او شهرين
      ممكن بعد 3 اشهر من حمية وتمارين تبدا تشوف النتايج
      الموضوع يبي له صبر

    Just finished...last 2 minutes weren't the best form but glad to have finished..once you guys can complete this there is an "INSANE EDITION" that is literally on a whole other level

    i am kinda fit, and i never knew push ups on knees were so hard. i am ashamed, i can only make it to the first 2 sets in lvl 2. The first set wears me out lol. but man, am i pumped and sweating after. I like it.
