I've been doing this workout for 6 months now, I do it twice a day, 5 days a week, I do cardiovascular training on weekends, it's been maintaining my Abs and pecs, my wife loves them! 10/10
I followed this workout for two months and finally I can see the results. I am much better in doing these workouts than before and I have lost weight too.
I've been doing this for about two months now and my entire upper body is showing amazing results. My abs are coming in, the "v-cut" is forming, I actually have pecs, and my arms are more defined. I do it 4 or 5 mornings out of the week depending on my work schedule. Def. worth the sweat.
For me the pushups were super easy up until the last set, but I had trouble with keeping my legs up and straight while doing crunches. I think it's because I have a weak core
Exactly what I was looking for , step by step workout routines. I am really out of shape. I can only get half of the way through. give it another two more tries and I am sure I will get though the lot. Damn this lazy pizza filled year.
I have been doing this worjout for 3 weeks now, and I see good results already! It was really hard at the beginning and it's not that easy even now but I'v pushed myself to complite each set! I am doing this exercise 3 to 4 times per week!
(heart is beating) I did this, I did this... goodbye dad, mom, sis, I loved u all with all my heart. good bye everyone who cared about me. thank you, far a well... (heart stops beating)
I've been trying this workout 8 times through two weeks now, and i still cant get all pushups past 6:30. Abs are killing me but it gets much easier to keep going day after day. The pushups are the real problem for me. What about you guys?
Quentin LissnerI'm a bit late to comment but i'll try to help I've been working out for a while and I still struggle with the last 25] push ups. They have a video on this channel called chest workout home version with different levels of difficulty try doing the first level and if that's easy do the second level. This will help you get stronger arms and chest they also have other good ab workouts on here.
William Jack Really? My abs are the ones that killed me the most. I guess it comes down to natural strength and weaknesses of different sections from person to person.
From February to Now, I've been working out with these excercises, along with Cardio and skateboarding. Results are coming and proving what it's worth. By January or February 2014 I should be fully cut. Thanks passion4profession!
This really works, I've got a physical sickness called pectus excavatum or funnel chest, and I've been doing this for maybe 2 months (every 2nd day) and my body did an immense transformation. My chest is defined and sticks out pretty much (that's really hard to accomplish if you have a funnel chest), my arms are like huge, still no six pack or abs in sight but my belly is rock hard, I'm 15 btw was pretty much skinny and I'm around 192-195cm tall. (I'm guessing I'm so tall because of my sickness it stretched my body out somehow)
Depends on your diet and body type. dont focus on just the visual results, most of the time you will feel and then also see the difference yourself before anyone else does. You should work out because you like it and it makes you feel good :)
Every other day will be better. You can come up with a decent split routine that works different parts of the body on different days...so you can still train daily if you want, just different muscle groups.
This is a great in home workout, I'll turn 50 this year, so I'll keep this one in my routines when I can't get to the gym. Nice intense workout for the amount of time used.
Hey! This is a nice workout, but please, PLEASE!!! give us at least 3 seconds to lend us prepare for the next excercise. The change is too fast and when we start to do the next excersice, in the video, the avatar has already done 1 or 2 times the excersice.
The push up is probably the MOST versatile body-weight exercise there is. You could say the "focus" of a push-up would be triceps or biceps, maybe arms in general would be a better way of phrasing it. The push-up doubles as an extended plank, toning the core. But the push up is highly effective at exercising the inner chest (to get a nice line in between the pectorals) and the outer chest (the part that connects to the shoulder, and will increase the overall mass of your pectorals). If you're not "feeling" it during your initial workout, you'll probably feel it tomorrow (speaking from personal experience, push ups exhaust your arms during the actual exercise, but you'll tear more muscle in your chest than your arms doing push ups). If you have little or no pain in your chest, you might want to increase your reps because the push up is absolutely a great chest exercise. There are literally entire chest workouts dedicated to push ups. You should also try experimenting with different types of push ups (diamond push ups, wide push ups, elevated push ups, etc) and you can even add weight to your back (safely :P) to help target specific muscles in the chest and bulk your chest up. Hope this was helpful :)
Guys, do this once a week, the 30 minute chest workout twice a week+ level 2 once a week and do the 30 min ab workout twice a week, do squats everyday (about 100) and you'll get a great body in a month (but only if you worked good)
train a different part of ur body everyday but dont do the same one twice in a row cuz ur muscles build while ur not working out and dont forget to stretch after
It's not about doing the same repetition in video, the point is to do as much as u can until the next exercise. You can do more or less, but if u keep in time with the video results will be better. Keep doing slow reps, don''t do fast repetitions. The whole thing is the form and timing.
Be careful with this one guys. I did this three times a week for about two or three months. In this times I only finished it once but then I started feeling pain in my sternum and now I haven't done it for four months. Anyone know how long I should wait before getting back into. Don't push yourselves too hard!
Share your experiences with this Workout Here : (How much time, results, did you do it with conjuction with some other routine? etc. ) feel free to share
if you want to to both this is good but if you are not so good i recommend doing chest lvl 1 example on monday and the abs workout lvl1 at tuesday so your muscles can rest and don't get over worked
Breathe in on the easy part of the excersise and breath out on the hardest part for example when doing a push up breathe in on way down breathe out on way up and on sit-ups breath in way down and breathe out way up easy, just breath out on hard parts of exercise
Great workout! Only thing I ask is that you call out the exercise a couple of beats before it begins so one can get in position without looking at the video. Thanks.
i had the same thoughts when i saw those "i can do this with no problem" too, but who cares, at the end of the day the ones with problems are the ones who grows
Little tip this is a really good workout but if YOU are new to this kind of training what i did was do Half of the stuff and then AS YOU progress In your training start adding on
if u cant finish the programme just seperate the repetions of every exercise in two parts n the begining and by the time u will be able two finish it without seperating it.its a hard programme with good results.
That was the hardest workout ever. Did it for the first time today and I have to say I feel the burn. Great exercise but really really hard to do. I had to half all of the reps after 6 min because I just felt like dying :D. Hopefully in a weeks time I will get use to it.
and you should do this, when your not completely sore after the next day, if you are then have a rest day, and if u havnt worked out for like ages and just got into it, the pain will probably be there for like 3 days, so just do it every day where the pain is minimal
Do you think it is better to do this workout or the separate chest level 1 workout and then the abs level 1 workout or is it better to do this one where the chest and abs are mixed?

For me the pushups were super easy up until the last set, but I had trouble with keeping my legs up and straight while doing crunches. I think it's because I have a weak core
Yes! As I said, you can work your abs every day, I just gave here an example, this workout here is pretty intense and once a week is really good!

After doing this at least once a day for 5 months, it become SUPER easy. Just saying.

i did one day,for the next five days my chest still killing me
William Jack Really? My abs are the ones that killed me the most. I guess it comes down to natural strength and weaknesses of different sections from person to person.
Remember, pain is just weakness leaving the body!
From February to Now, I've been working out with these excercises, along with Cardio and skateboarding. Results are coming and proving what it's worth. By January or February 2014 I should be fully cut. Thanks passion4profession!
It is need to do it every single day?... How about rest day?...

Workout from hell!!! But also works like hell!!😝
Best workout ever

I have a flared rib cage. This helped, so my abs can maintain my left rib cage in its regular place.
Doiteain n
yo
Wow 192-195 cm
So tall haha
Use moringa leaves powder daily ur belly will b flat in 2month .this is my personal experience. And ur mind ans sexual performance will also improve.

This is a great in home workout, I'll turn 50 this year, so I'll keep this one in my routines when I can't get to the gym. Nice intense workout for the amount of time used.

I follow your step before 3 month and now finally I can see the results, it's working.
When I do push ups I don't feel anything in my chest just my arms
The push up is probably the MOST versatile body-weight exercise there is. Spread your hands out a little wider
Ok
do wide push ups (chest)
Guys, do this once a week, the 30 minute chest workout twice a week+ level 2 once a week and do the 30 min ab workout twice a week, do squats everyday (about 100) and you'll get a great body in a month (but only if you worked good)
How often should I do this a week for the best results?
w8 one day after each workout
Okay, thank you. I'm going to run on those off days.
Tyler Cole i recomend you to do pull ups the other day, to train triceps and your back muscles
train a different part of ur body everyday but dont do the same one twice in a row cuz ur muscles build while ur not working out and dont forget to stretch after

fu*k i'm too weak

Muy buenos los ejercicios, llevo dos semanas y el musculo comienza a dar forma

I meant to say I haven't done it for four "WEEKS"
seem pain >< any advice guys?
My advice is that you do regular pushups that's a way better exercise then knee ups and you can never go to far with them
well it works guy .. i tried and come out with good result after two weeks ! keep it up !

How are you suppose to breathe while doing these exercises?
Esha E in and out
Breathe in on the easy part of the excersise and breath out on the hardest part for example when doing a push up breathe in on way down breathe out on way up and on sit-ups breath in way down and breathe out way up easy, just breath out on hard parts of exercise
Great workout! Only thing I ask is that you call out the exercise a couple of beats before it begins so one can get in position without looking at the video. Thanks.
Good chest and ab pump. The slow and controlled pace makes it that much more difficult
Just tried this for the first time, man it burns! But it works!
great workout! I love how it gives me a challenge as it progresses!
i had the same thoughts when i saw those "i can do this with no problem" too, but who cares, at the end of the day the ones with problems are the ones who grows
Useful...just did it ..I can feel my muscles aching
Little tip this is a really good workout but if YOU are new to this kind of training what i did was do Half of the stuff and then AS YOU progress In your training start adding on
probably...BEST ever tutorial i've ever seen, for 15 minutes i'm dead but i'm still fuc*** big in arms and chest, THANK YOU teacher
No pain no gain !
if u cant finish the programme just seperate the repetions of every exercise in two parts n the begining and by the time u will be able two finish it without seperating it.its a hard programme with good results.
Great work out
That was the hardest workout ever. Did it for the first time today and I have to say I feel the burn. Great exercise but really really hard to do. I had to half all of the reps after 6 min because I just felt like dying :D. Hopefully in a weeks time I will get use to it.
spot on.
Great workout, very usefull but so much easy!but really this video is appreciative.
Sorry not so much easy
OMG it's really work guys, i'll recommend this for rest of my life, no one tutorial can beat this, you will be a monster, good luck guys
Most definitely! Anyone under 17 y/o should use their body weight for workouts; it's perfect.
and you should do this, when your not completely sore after the next day, if you are then have a rest day, and if u havnt worked out for like ages and just got into it, the pain will probably be there for like 3 days, so just do it every day where the pain is minimal
Awesome exercises..
last year, i could barely do this. After a year of swimming 2 hrs a day, this is a peice of cake
Do you think it is better to do this workout or the separate chest level 1 workout and then the abs level 1 workout or is it better to do this one where the chest and abs are mixed?
i have to say, the whole thing works
Once a week doing it correctly and complete, more than enough!
Very good excercise I can see the difference now :D
I love the music..
nice real work for me best
I'm 14 and i did all it was pretty easy
those with doubts don't worry if you can do it you won't get harm or anything its a good exercise
how about a video where you guys explain what we should and what we shouldn't eat ? please it will be really helpful.
thought doing regular push ups would be easy, barely made it to the end. Thanks for sharing the video !
Totaly beast workout. I do it 3 times a day.
so how is the result by now, my dear friend? can u send the pic too? thank u.
