That kitchen looks like a box with those glass walls...making it a true open space plan would have been more functional and a more visually appealing design!
Also they didn't show the kitchen area.. which is kind of a turn off.. I would wanna get some glimpse of boasted exported high quality fittings..
When frying and spices smells around, you would think how bad all cuisines have given the aroma when you go to work. I love the fact the kitchen is visible but closed 😊

Lovely house, amazing location, beautiful presentation, but we live in a country where we're wondering how we're going to afford to eat, pay the bills, & live at the same time, so buying a house is a dream for anyone who's not a politician, drug/human trafficker, or high-ranking executive at a top company. Until then, we'll experience elegant houses at premium locations only on TH-cam, & wonder when we'll be able to afford a koththu again. Many thanks to our politicians who achieved this amazing state our country is now in - should be proud of themselves, to destroy their mother country. Might as well have settled for the terrorists than give our politicians the government, seeing how we have to suffer now.

This looks like a house that was tried to build modern but lost on the way.
For the price point we believe it's a solid investment as well as a great place to live from the hustle and bustle of the City.

Well designed but for 12 perches it's an absolute waste of land space. The kitchen is so tiny for such a big house n no wardrobe space. When building a house the concept shld include comfort and convenience. As srilankans the kitchen should be the most important part of the house which means it should be spacious and convenient for srilankan cooking. How can you host parties with such a tiny kitchen and the way the house is built and designed an extension seems to be a difficult task. Architects must lay out proper plans that's liveable for srilankan lifestyle. In built wardrobes also should be considered

Vajira House builders කියන අවජාතක ආයතනය මගේ ලක්ශ 25 විනාස කලා. සල්ලිත් නැහැ ගෙයකුත් නැහැ . අවුරුදු 5 වෙනවා අත්තිවාරමක්වත් නැහැ . දැන් නඩු. බන අහන පිරිත් කියන රට. මම නම් කිසිම දවසක ඔය රටෙ මනුස්සයෙක් විස්වාස කරන්නේ නැහැ .
