Words cannot express my appreciation for the enormous patience you show , and the sheer hard work you put in, from bringing the provisions from the market, in a boat paddled by you.
Then grinding so many chillies ...ALL BY HAND , setting up a brick tandoor, keeping the fire at a regulated level, running out, in between, to collect the clothes on the line when the rain interrupts your work...frying the rice flour , kneading it, patting it out on a banana leaf , cutting discs , then making another gravy, mint chutney
