    Bhindi (Lady's Finger) jaisi sabji jo steamer ya pressure cooker ya mitti ki handi me nahi bana sakte. Kaise banaye bataye.
    Maine aapka 4 days Residential Camp attend kiya tha vaha iss tarah ki mix vegetables khayi thi muze bahot achhi lagi.

    Maam I have a question, according to Ayurveda we shouldn't consume cooked and raw food altogether because of difference in digestion timings. So , isn't adding raw tomato coconut paste to cooked sabji voilating the rule of Ayurveda? Thank you so much for taking time to read.

      Good question. We wants to say that gravy should not be kept on flames. The process is ...When you are ready to eat cooked food. Before 20 to 30 minutes keep vegetables on flame . Then make gravy . Vegetable will be generally ready in 20/30 minutes .Transfer vegetable in a cassserole . Pour gravy in it . In few minutes gravy become hot by the warmness of vegetable . Now it is ready to eat.
      We does not heat gravy because by heat gravy will be turned to acidic food.
