One small question, if it's a H22 head on a F23 block, what tranny is used? And what axles to fit a EK hatch? And does the block need work to fit the k20 pistons? What rods were used? Sorry for all the questions! Love the video!!!
Yes h22 head f23 block !! No modifications need to install the pistons,,have monlar Hbeam rods!! We are using a H2B kit so we are using b16 type r transmission with regular b serie axels
So g23 the h22 head needs to be modified to work(oil and/or coolant block off can't remember). The h22 is big so hood clearance and power steering can be issues. K series pistons don't need to modified but must be installed backwards due to H and k engines rotating diff directions. H, F, and B series tranny's can be used. B series will require an H2B kit in order to mount. Also the engine will have to grinded down on the back side close to the oil pan for the intermidiate shaft to clear.
